Modern Poland. There's a difference.
You're Luke with a five-time court order to drive, so you get behind the wheel erstwhile you're cool. You crash with impunity drunk after Warsaw, and yet you lead to tragedy - the death of another man.
You're Magdalene who hasn't paid her fines, so they gotta isolate you from the remainder of society. They take distant your children and you're in custody, and erstwhile your household gets tragic, your dead boy goes distant in handcuffs.
In this terrible case we are dealing with a plexus of scandalous abuse of power by respective institutions of the state – weak against the strong, but WITHOUT CONSIDERING the weak:
1. Police
While the detention to enforce the court's ruling is understandable, a decision by 1 of the officers to call on the officials of the “Family Assistance Centre” (CPR/MOPR) is simply a demonstration of strength and ruthless abuse of power.
Probably to show this household that the police can do absolutely anything to them – even take distant small children – and they have no chance.
To step on the ground.
These police officers should be expelled from the force and be punished with gratuitous imprisonment.
2. CPR/MOPR officials
The decision made in a fewer seconds that the household will not be able to cope with the children (which they have been dealing with for years!) is, unfortunately, EVERYDAY – MOPR officials are underpaid, they do not enjoy respect – so they compensate themselves for the families they “care for”.
I've seen it in household courts dozens of times. Wise officials teaching parents and making decisions to choice up children under any pretext.
In general, there is POGARD for the people for whom the MOPR is to work – imagine “Strong Together” and what they think about “pathology from Poland B” – many specified people work in the MOPRs and take it out on people they despise – due to the fact that they can show them their Power.
Also these officials should go to prison – besides to make punishment a informing to others.
3. Prison service
The decision that at the ceremony of her own kid the parent must be handcuffed together, dressed in bright prison denim, as if she were a dangerous gangster – is simply a humiliation already for the pleasance of humiliating herself. This violates the Constitution and the Convention on Human Rights – inhuman, degrading treatment.
Someone from the Directorate of the Criminal Institution is liable for this personally – and should besides be punished for this WITHOUT CONSIDERATION.
And besides, the resignations:
• Chief of the Main and Capital Police
• manager of the household Assistance Centre
• manager of the Criminal Institution
and political responsibility:
The President
Because it's NOTICEFUL work The power is systemic – and these people are responsible.
The parent won't bring anything back to her baby. But she should get multimillion dollar compensation from you.
