Confederate press conference attended by Grzegorz Płaczek and patron Marek Szewczyk, 25 October 2024.
Grzegorz Płaczek:
– Today's conference will be dedicated to illegal immigrants.
Let's start with 26,000. Remember this number. 26 1000 is the number of attempts to illegally pass the Polish-Belarusian border from January to September 2024. Is that a lot? Very. due to the fact that the same number is the number of attempts to illegally cross the border throughout 2023. Everything indicates that the situation is deteriorating, not improving. ...
We have been informed that there are still, especially at night, effective attempts to bring illegal immigrants from Belarus to Poland. The government says otherwise, but the truth, unfortunately, needs to see the light of day.
The biggest problem we are presently facing is who on the Polish side helps illegal immigrants as shortly as these people have moved to the Polish side. There are many organizations in the buffer region called noisy humanitarian organizations. Most of these organizations are associated with powerful money from various left-wing organizations around the world.
The media reports that these “humanitarian” organizations are linked to various (notice!) labour agencies. ...
We see the scale of the problem. We believe that this is simply a threat not only to our families but besides to the full safety of the country. ...
On Monday we will send a fewer questions to the Minister of the Interior and Administration, Tomasz Siemioniak. I'll read any of them:
■ Does the Ministry of abroad Affairs verify persons and non-governmental organizations who are granted approval to access the buffer region at the Polish-Belarusian border?
■ How many NGOs or individuals have been granted specified approval to enter the buffer region since 13 June 2024?
■ Are there procedures in place to check the professional links of persons associated with NGOs who apply for access to the buffer zone?
■ Did the Ministry of abroad Affairs verify what professional activities were carried out by persons associated with NGOs who obtained approval to access the buffer zone?
If so, were there people associated with employment agencies? ...
■ erstwhile examining requests for authorisation for access to the MSWIA buffer zone, did it take into account the hazard of possible conflicts of interest arising from their professional activities, for example through work, which could supply incentives to facilitate the spread of migrants for their subsequent employment? ...
■ Does the Ministry of abroad Affairs have information on possible links between NGOs operating in the buffer region and employment agencies?
If so, what measures have been taken to analyse these links and prevent possible abuses?
■ Has the Ministry of abroad Affairs consulted the interior safety Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service or another services on persons who have been authorised to enter the buffer zone?
