In the Sejm, they voted to facilitate the export of refugees and to further restrict their rights. They are covered by the EU Directive, but, as the survey of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights has shown, in many points, the government presently enacted not only fails to implement this directive, but is contrary to EU law.
