On my commentator @stanislav's attention, to halt his executions, due to the fact that firstly, Poles, contrary to the @SL's, have organised mass street protests on respective occasions in relation to events in the Gaza Strip, including in connection with Israeli "genocidal retaliatory actions" which have been taking place since last autumn. Secondly, I tried to make it clear to colleague Ruszkiewicz that a certain restraint of the inhabitants of not only Poland, but besides many another countries in the world, even those "not enthusiastically pro-Americans and pro-Israeli" – besides shows that the problem of Palestine, including thousands of victims, has its grey and dark sides, behind which stands the politics and peculiar services of respective countries of the world, not only Israel. The breakthrough of January and February 2022 was a period erstwhile the odor of dust, the whistling of rockets and the beetles of tank caterpillars was clearly coming.
This, however, was preceded by earlier events: the gathering of the heads of diplomacy of the USA and Russia, Antony Blinken and Sergei Lawrow, organized in Reykjavik, preparing the gathering of Presidents Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin, held in Geneva on 16 June 2021.
Subsequently, on 17 December, the Ministry of abroad Affairs published a communication announcing the transfer of the US side – on 15 December in Moscow during a gathering with a delegation headed by Karen Donfried, Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia – 2 draft safety guarantees agreements (between Russia and the US and between Russia and NATO associate States). The representatives of the Ministry of abroad Affairs were to give the Americans extended explanations and supply justifications for the papers submitted. At the same time, the Ministry of abroad Affairs published the content of the 2 projects of the above-mentioned agreements.
Both papers are short, consist of a preamble and 8 (US agreement) or 9 ( NATO agreement) articles.
The projects specify and complement the known Russian demands for restrictions on the presence and activity of the US and NATO in the russian area (including in peculiar Ukraine) and in Central Europe. 1 of the most crucial demands they make is the commitment of the US and another NATO associate States to:
- non-aggression and refraining from actions that Russia considers harmful to its security;
- Indiscretions of NATO, especially to the east, especially to the advisory area;
- non-establishment of bases and non-execution of military activity in the territory of Ukraine and another non-member states of the Alliance;
- the non-location of mid- and intermediate-range missiles outside NATO and in areas from which the territory of Russia can be affected;
- the non-displacement of atomic weapons outside the territory of the States having it and the decommissioning of the infrastructure enabling it;
- Dislocation of troops and non-introduction of military activities in Ukraine and another russian countries;
- withdrawal of allied troops deployed to the territories of the fresh NATO associate States after May 1997 (after signing the NATO-Russia Act);
- the designation of a buffer region around the borders of Russia and its allies from the Collective safety Agreement Organisation, where exercises and another military activities at the level of the Armed and Higher Forces Brigade will not be permitted;
- prevent dense bombers from flying and the movement of warships in areas from which they could harm targets in Russia (especially in the Baltic and Black seas);
- the military aircraft and warships of the States of the Alliance a certain distance from akin Russian units in the event of their rapprochement.
The NATO agreement provides for Russia to retreat rapidly on any pretext.
For example, the aforementioned papers of the Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs were commented on by the Polish analytical centre:
‘ The content of the papers is preserved in a categorical form and constitutes not only concreteisation but besides an escalation of well-known Russian demands on European security.
- The consequence of hypothetical consent to Russian demands would be a fundamental revision of the current European safety order in favour of Russia and to the detriment of NATO's associate States and partners (especially the countries of the east flank of the Alliance, including Poland and Ukraine). In particular, this would mean the legal formalisation of the Russian area of influence in the russian area (with the temporary exclusion of the Baltic States) and the establishment of a safety buffer region in Central Europe.
- Both the extremist content of the documents, any of which are humiliating for the US, NATO and Ukraine, and the fact that they are being made public, propose that Moscow does not truly anticipate their consent. The far-reaching and frequently asymmetric nature of the expected solutions in favour of Russia is highly hard and most frequently unacceptable to the another party.
- The fact that the presentation of papers was only a fewer days earlier announced by the Russian side, and its subsequent statements contain ever-reaching demands suggests that the Kremlin did not number on them to be the basis for further talks with the US, and that Karen Donfried's visit to Moscow did not have much impact on this. Against this background, the deficiency of a fast affirmative consequence by the US and NATO to Moscow's demands (Washington expressed his willingness to discuss any of them in consultation with allies and partners) can be utilized as a propaganda justification for aggressive Russian actions, aimed especially at intra-Russian usage and as a message to Western European public opinion.
- It follows from the above that it is most likely that the Kremlin has decided to effort a fundamental change in the position quo in the political and safety sphere in Europe through unilateral actions that inflame the global situation, including possibly military ones."

As we look at the archive of Neon24 from January and February 2022, we will besides easy scope the articles published at that time, translated by me by very serious scientists and publicists specialising in the topics of widely understood ideology, politics, past of social systems, etc., including prof. Being friendly, even friendly towards Polish-Russian relations, I tried and effort to defy at the same time nothing serving vassalization, propaganda and uncritical perception of the realities of modern Russia. Therefore, the hope that the Russians will take more care of the erstwhile demoludes than themselves is evidently an illusion, especially since the unresolved and cumulative interior problems of modern Russia have no less, but alternatively more than Poland. There is no reason for modern Russia to be the subject of sighs and hope for a better world, but there is besides no reason for common aversion, much little hatred.
I had and have access to Russian national-patriotic environments, both right-wing and left-wing. I besides have many direct contacts and invitations to comment on events both Polish and regional (Central-European) and global. However, I always make the condition that I will not be limited in commenting on the reasons of the alleged political correctness. Therefore, not all proposals are accepted and not with all people on my way.
Drawing on contacts and knowledge, I will always argue both the alternatively frequent “Polish feeling of superiority of civilization” towards east Slavs – Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians”, as well as many attempts from the east to treat Poles as free, colonized by the West of Slavic traitors. Conflicting Poles with Russians or Rusins is simply a favourite tool of Anglo-Saxon, judaic and German colonists (whether they usage Masonic stars, menora or cross).
