There is no fact in war

myslpolska.info 2 weeks ago

This is not relativism, but simply a constatination of facts resulting from the tragic experiences of humanity and conflicts from the past. present we are witnessing the correctness of this message one more time on the occasion of the ongoing war in Ukraine.

Let us think about who is expected to supply us with this truth, who can objectively and irrefutablely scope it and then present it impartially. Since the beginning of the current war phase in Ukraine, publicist claims about crimes committed by 1 of the parties (in the case of the Western media they will be "Russian crimes", in the case of Russian media, "Ukrainian crimes") have not found a single confirmation of external, impartial observers. For various reasons: most frequently due to the fact that even the authorities in Kiev present did not agree to an global investigation into the already celebrated crime (inscension?) in Podkijowska Buczy, which was expected to happen during the withdrawal of Russian troops from these areas in the spring of 2022. Nor do we have any circumstantial information on the mythical already Ukrainian children who were to be "took" by the Russian authorities.

But we have a bunch of lies, understatements, and falsifications that, at first sight, can't withstand any effort to face logic. Why didn't Kiev supply data on the victims in Bucza so far? Is it because, as Moscow claims, they were persons considered by the Ukrainian government to be “collaborators” and were executed by Kiev service officers or nationalists? We don't know. We know only (it is uncontested) that the Ukrainian authorities have not yet provided a list of the names of global public opinion. And so far, they have not allowed investigators from global organizations to access material on the full case.

Could the Russians kidnap Ukrainian children from the front areas for their “russification”, as the Polish-speaking media besides proclaim openly? Of course not. Most families in the front zone, i.e. in the east and south of Ukraine, are Russian-speaking families. It is so not very clear who, how and why "rusify" them. Again – Kiev did not supply any names, evidence and specifics for the thesis about the alleged crime of kidnapping Putin's children.

Let us so reiterate firmly: there is no way that any of the parties active in the conflict can explain specified matters. Nor will they be nonsubjective – this story must be refuted – NGOs to monitor a given armed conflict. An example of fresh days: Ukraine Conflict Observatory, of course American. Her bosses shed crocodile tears over the fact that Donald Trump's administration cut her funding. He cites the destiny of children whose explanation was to be addressed by these American non-governmental people in Ukraine. However, as we read in subsequent statements and materials of this organization, its mission is to find evidence of Russian crimes. So we have an a prioritized presumption that only 1 of his parties committed the crimes during the current conflict. And it was, of course, the Russian side. No doubt, no question marks. Sympathizing with the aforementioned liberal organization CNN has included an alarming text in which it serves as an illustration... A photograph of a girl evacuated from the Russian Kursk region after her hometown was attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

International organisations conducting their own investigations, but under the control of 1 of the parties to the conflict, may they aid us come to the truth? You got to be kidding me. We know very well that each will only accomplish the objectives of its political protectors and contributors. possibly the only structure capable of conducting a credible investigation would be the UN, but after years of effective weakening by Washington, its function has been importantly reduced.

The fact of the present war will not be reached. That is why it is worth asking the wise people not to repeat the crimes of either party. They just don't have any evidence. And they won't. This does not mean that we can presume the other – that there are no crimes in war. Likely, as in most conflicts, each organization has committed violations of the conventions and laws governing the conduct of armed actions.
