NEP in Polish law is classified as a fresh psychoactive substance (Dz.U. 2024 pos. 1139, Appendix 3, lp. 13). Any action related to fresh psychoactive substances, specified as the manufacture, processing or processing without appropriate authorisation, shall be fined, restricted or sentenced.
It is worth noting that NEP is simply a very dangerous substance, the usage of which can lead to serious poisoning and even death.
