Economic experts say that much higher unemployment among young people (12.5%) is due to the fast increase in the minimum wage. Average unemployment in Poland is inactive 1 of the lowest in the EU – 3.1%. This claim is unusual enough, that the minimum wage this year increased by only PLN 140 gross, i.e. PLN 120 per hand....
