During his speech before the prosecutor's office, Michał Woś spared no harsh words against political opponents, including the Ombudsman Adam Bodnar and the leader of the Civic Platform, Donald Tusk. “Mr Bodnar and Mr Tusk’s usurpers carry out a political commission. (...) This government presents nothing but a distraction of public opinion with pseudo-calculations from its own inability," said Michał Woś. The politician added that what he heard in the D.A.'s office was "gibberish".

Michał Woś was called to the prosecution as part of an investigation into the acquisition of Pegasus surveillance software by the Central Anti-corruption Office (CBA), financed by the Justice Fund (FS).
