Michael Wosi's harsh words about political opponents
During his speech before the prosecutor's office, Michał Woś spared no harsh words against political opponents, including the Ombudsman Adam Bodnar and the leader of the Civic Platform, Donald Tusk. “Mr Bodnar and Mr Tusk’s usurpers carry out a political commission. (...) This government presents nothing but a distraction of public opinion with pseudo-calculations from its own inability," said Michał Woś. The politician added that what he heard in the D.A.'s office was "gibberish".

The politician announced his presence on the 3rd call to the prosecutor's office. “In the end, I received the 3rd call and said I would stand up. Of course I will. I will not faint like Gierty, who had 21 deadlines, over a 100 calls," he stated on the day of the hearing.
Background – acquisition of Pegasus software
Michał Woś was called to the prosecution as part of an investigation into the acquisition of Pegasus surveillance software by the Central Anti-corruption Office (CBA), financed by the Justice Fund (FS). In 2017, as a typical of the Sovereign Poland, Woś asked the Ministry of Finance to change the budget plan of the FS, which allowed the usage of PLN 25 million to acquisition this strategy by CBA.

On 28 June, the Sejm waived the immunity of Mr Michał Wosi. The allegations which are made to him concern abuse of functions by a public officer (Article 231 of the Criminal Code), abuse of trust (Article 296 of the Criminal Code) and the failure of property harm of large sizes.
