In fresh days, there has been an expanding volume of talk about the controversy surrounding the functional evaluation project, which wants to implement the Ministry of Education and discipline (MEN) mastered by the far left. This is not just a “modern diagnosis” — these are real threats to the privacy of children and their families.
MEN get delicate kid data to hit their parents. The task involves obtaining delicate life data utilizing tools in the central IT strategy administered by MEN. School psychologists would have access to questionnaires that “make it possible to identify temperament characteristics, personality competences and undesirable behaviour patterns”. These data would be aggregated in descriptive reports and graphs. This goes far beyond conventional pedagogical diagnosis and is akin to mass monitoring mechanisms.
The Ministry argues that its nonsubjective is to better “understanding the functioning of the student” in the school and home environment. In practice, however, this model resembles state surveillance, hidden under the slogan "educational support". In a society that has just experienced an infamous effort to control digital privacy, the thought of monitoring families through school raises legitimate objections.
In consequence to my parents' concerns, Ordo Iuris Institute made available a model message to which they may object to the functional assessment of their kid without prior written consent. Ordo Iuris stresses that the task violates the constitutional rule of parental precedence and the right to defend household and private life.
