Who can benefit from backing and under what conditions?
The good news is that the program "Clean Energy at Home 2025" was designed for the widest possible audience. What's crucial, no income criterion was introduced, which means that any household in Poland, regardless of earnings, can apply for a payment. The call for proposals begins March 1, 2025 and will be carried out continuously until the amount of funds allocated for this intent is exhausted. It is worth to hurry due to the fact that the rule of “first come, first served”.
In order to receive funding, respective simple but key conditions must be met:
- Handing over old equipment: It is essential to paper the transfer of an old utilized household appliances to the collection point of the waste or store erstwhile purchasing a fresh (so-called pickup service).

How do I apply step by step? The procedure is simple
The programme's creators have focused on digitisation to simplify and accelerate the application process as much as possible. The full procedure takes place online via a dedicated platform on gov.pl, which eliminates the request to queue in offices. Here is simply a simplified action plan:
- Purchase of equipment and reception of the old: First you should buy a fresh device and take care of the protocol for the receipt of old equipment by the store or recycling company. Keep your invoice or receipt!
