  • Location: The swimming pool must be located in the recreational part of the plot, with minimum distance 2 meters from the border with the adjacent plot. This is aimed at preventing possible water leaks and minimising noise.

In practice this means that primarily popular portable pools are legal – inflatable, frame or supportswhich are within the limits specified. The construction of larger, permanent structures poured from concrete or profoundly dug into the ground is treated as a building will and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations.

The pernicious consequences of self-will. What are the chances of breaking the rules?
