Donald Tusk explicitly announced that he did not intend to abide by the laws, due to the fact that he acted "in terms of a fighting democracy" and today's Polish reality compared to the post-war situation of Germany, where the United States troops were watching over the law and order (!):

These are actions related to breaking the law, these are provisions from the Criminal Code" - stated Proc. Ostrowski.
However, as past teaches: neither the generals Jaruzelski and Kiszczak and the communist organization and its building ZSL carried in “free” Poland has no consequences, resulting in the revival of communist hydra and martial law 2.0. announced after 43 years.
