It takes a week to remember the crime in Volyn, which culminated in unveiling the monument by late Jan Pityński in Domastawa. Earlier, however, many Poles waiting for this event appeared in Rzeszów, where a march commemorating the victims of Ukrainian genocide in the Polish Nation took place.
In Podkarpacie this communicative is peculiarly painful, due to the fact that in this region of Poland the crimes of the flags took place after the Second planet War, and only Operation Wisła put an end to them. This was peculiarly highlighted by Jacek Międlar in his speech.
The March of Memory of Victims of Ukrainian National chauvinism marched out of the marketplace Square. The ceremony was presided by Karolina Pikuła and guests of honor took the floor, including Dr. Lucyna Kulińska, Jacek Międlar, Katarzyna Sokołowska and Piotr Korczarowski.
After the march there was a screening of the first episode of the documentary by Jack Międlar "Neighbours. Last Witnesses of Ukrainian genocide in Poles".
