The prosecution already has a written opinion from the medical examiners regarding the remains found on a private property in Lutoryż close Rzeszów. According to prosecutor Krzysztof Ciechanowski, the collected material allowed to exclude that the fetuses and secured biological material came from illegal abortions. This direction of investigation has been closed.
The latest information refers to 32 foetuses. In the June Communication, the territory Attorney's Office in Rzeszów initially informed about the discovery of 34 foetuses or their fragments.
