The Prosecutor of the global Criminal Court in The Hague has requested an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, defence minister of this country Joawa Galanta and 3 Hamas leaders.
Prosecutor of the global Criminal Court in The Hague, Karim Ham is convinced that Netanyahu, Galant and Hamas leaders Jahja Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Hanije are guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Israel and in the Gaza Strip, so he applied for an arrest warrant for the above mentioned.
Netanyahu and Gallant would be responsible, among others, for extermination in Gaza, triggering hunger as a method of conducting conflict, as well as preventing the supply of humanitarian aid to civilians and deliberately targeting them during the war, and Hamas leaders for the attack on Israeli civilians carried out on 7 October 2023. Let us callback that last year Galant publically acknowledged that Israel did not comply and would not follow the "war rules" in the fight against the Palestinians.
– We have abolished all the rules of war. Our soldiers will not be liable for anything. There will be no military courts. I've lifted all the restrictions, we've regained control of this area, and we're moving on to a full attack. – said Galant. Since October 2023, as a consequence of the judaic offensive, murdered Over 34,000 Palestinian civilians – mostly women and children, and 2.3 million Palestinians were forced to flee.
Let us remember that Israel and the US are not members of the global Criminal Court, but this institution is of the opinion that it has jurisdiction over Gaza, East Jerusalem and the West Bank after Palestinian leaders formally agreed to follow the Court's founding principles in 2015.

Following prosecutor Khan's motion, U.S. president Joe Biden issued a comment on the case, who sided with Israel's genocide assassins.
– We are with Israel to destruct Sinwar and the remainder of Hamas butchers. We want Hamas defeated. We work with Israel to make this happen – He said president of the United States.
