The 2021 study already includes a higher ratio of expenditure for statutory purposes, but this happened as a consequence of the public disclosure of the OMZRIK reports on the net in 2021 for the periods 2018-2020, which showed highly low resources allocated to statutory purposes compared to gross and another expenditure. In my opinion, therefore, Konrad Dulkowski deliberately sought to increase the accounting of expenditure for statutory purposes in the 2021 report, which was submitted to the Ministry of household and Social Policy, in order to distract from the content of erstwhile reports. May I inform you that from the OMZRIK Foundation, i.e. omzrik.pl it is not possible to collect these balance sheets, erstwhile trying to appear a message that photos are copyrighted and copied were blockedwhich is clearly intended to hinder the analysis of their content.

Thus, the contributors to the OMZRIK are lied about the actual amount of money available to the Foundation (the difference is PLN 217,981,20).

For 2020

• balance sheet — cash and another cash assets at 31.12.2020: PLN 490.78
• report – money in accounts and in cash together at the end of the reporting year: PLN 222,51.

Thus, the contributor to the OMZRIK is lied about the actual amount of money available to the Foundation (the difference is PLN 408,268,27).

For 2021

• balance sheet — cash and another cash assets at 31.12.2020: PLN 258,24
• report – money in accounts and in cash together at the end of the reporting year: 592,49 zł.

Thus, the contributor to the OMZRIK is lied about the actual amount of money available to the foundation (the difference is PLN 333.665.75).

4. Irregularities concerning the operation of the LPM Foundation – Animal Rights and Human Rights Movement

In conclusion, I call for urgent action to be taken and for consideration to be taken to block the current and future discharges of the above-mentioned foundations at least until they have explained the irregularities presented, which will indeed be impossible.

Let us hope that the losers of the Centre will be more and more, and its discharges will be completely blocked, resulting in this harmful social institution being dissolved.
