The parliament on Friday's vote rejected the left-wing draft amendment of the Criminal Code, assuming legalization of abortion until 12 weeks of pregnancy. The task besides abolished work for causing the death of a female as a consequence of abortion.
The bill succeeded in rejecting a tiny majority of votes. In favour task has been successful 215 Members, a against it was 218. 2 abstentions.

The draft proposed to amend the wording of Article 152 Kk, which now provides for a conviction of up to 3 years of imprisonment for a individual who, with the consent of a woman, offers assistance or induces the killing of an unborn child.
After the amendment, the regulation was to legalize eugenic abortion and specified abortion without giving a origin until 12 weeks of pregnancy “No criminal offence shall be committed if, with the consent of a woman, her pregnancy is interrupted if it has not been more than 12 weeks since the beginning” and ‘who with the consent of a female interrupts her pregnancy if prenatal examinations or another medical conditions indicate a advanced likelihood of severe and irreversible impairment of the foetus or an incurable illness threatening his life’.
