According to reports from “Gazeta Wyborcza”, the National Prosecutor's Office, headed by Adam Bodnar's people, planned to recalculate the votes in 249 election committees.

The first expectations were ambitious – thousands of irregularities were expected to be detected that would undermine the results of the elections to the Sejm. However, after a fewer weeks, the results are negligible.

‘ PK does not want to uncover the results of the conversion. Our interviewer says – unofficially – that the estimates of sociologists “do not confirm”. – This is simply a microscale in relation to what was in the report. We expected thousands of cases, and it is much less,” said “Gazeta Wyborcza”

The plan of conversions was based on the expertise prepared by the squad of Jack Haman and Adam Toroj. It was based on their analysis that the D.A. was originally going to choice 1 472 commissions for control. However, the final version limited itself to 249 committees, which were to show the top statistical deviations. The conversion ended in fresh days, but according to media leaks, no systemic scams were revealed. Errors, if any, were insignificant and random.

As “Election”, the prosecution is working on a final study to be published by 22 July at the latest. Sources indicate that this will not be a study that will shake public opinion. On the contrary, it can disappoint those who hoped for a political breakthrough.

"The prosecution is preparing for a tough week. There were expected to be fireworks, and a study full of insignificant mistakes that do not change the image of the full thing comes out of it,” quotes an anonymous interviewer “Electoral”

The full operation was powerfully promoted by the environment of the Minister of Justice. She was to show that in Poland it is possible to manipulate the elections quietly and that the prosecution under the fresh direction is able to disclose it. If the study does not bring any groundbreaking conclusions, it will be a major blow to the credibility of those who initiated the action.

Against this background, there is simply a greater political conflict of assurance in the institutions of the state and the integrity of the electoral process. If the results of the conversion confirm only single errors, it will be hard to keep a communicative of serious irregularities. At the same time, the question arises whether the full conversion was not carried out besides hastily – without real grounds, but only for political needs.

"Someone here must endure political consequences. You can't make specified serious moves without solid evidence. It does not build trust – it destroys it" - emphasized 1 of the judges quoted by the "Electionary"

The National Prosecutor's Office shall guarantee that the study is published in its entirety, although it shall not state whether it will besides disclose details from each committee.
