Another case twisted by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
TThis time, however, it is about the basics of the III Polish Republic. Lech Walesa, due to the fact that it's his case, he's become a symbol for decades. Fighting Poland freedom from the world's most hated ideology.

This right is simply a constitutional right and besides applies to witnesses.
It is hard to deny the right of specified a position and should only be applauded if the justification is limited to this passus.
But no. The U.S. Attorney's office "by the way" decided to kill 2 birds in 1 attempt.
Sattempts were made to deal with Wałęsa's claim that he was a secret associate of SB acting under the nickname “Bolek”.
Let us skip the lengthy argument with the expert opinions contained in the justification. But let's focus on the most important.
Well, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Wałęsa “Bolek” could not be, due to the fact that he was simply besides stupid for it.
The prosecutor besides took into account that from all the evidence collected – the deposition of Lech Wałęsa, but besides the evidence of many witnesses – it was clear that Lech Wałęsa did not produce long manuscripts in his life, and in peculiar in the 1970s. any witnesses pointed out that at that time he was a secondary illiterate, did not usage writing and read poorly, and the papers he signed as president of the Professional Union "Solidarity" were written for him by another people.
I can scope Wiki. Lech Wałęsa was president of NSZZ Solidarity from 17 September 1980 to 23 February 1991, erstwhile he was already President.
Which is what? The first democratically elected president of the 3rd Republic of Poland was a secondary illiteracy, not utilizing the writing for which another papers were drawn up?

If we consider these D.A.'s bullshit about Wałęsa serious, we gotta ask ourselves a basic question.

That's why they had to go back to Wales.
The appropriation of the organization nomenclature and the fewer chosen from the opposition to date are the most visible manifestation of gatopardism. Today, the real communist is the second individual in the State openly dreaming of being able to replace the former. So erstwhile the power gained has not yet returned...
