Rules of the competition “Right-wing historical policy, that is, your memories of an expedition to absurd land”.
General provisions
1. The competition is organized by KLS based in Monte Cassino 4/2, 70-464 Szczecin, NIP: 8521939043
2. The founder of the awards is the Organizer.
3. The competition is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. The facebook.com website bears no work for any activities related to the organisation of the competition on the pages of the website.
Conditions for participation
4. Only adults surviving in the land territory of Poland may participate in the competition (only in Poland).
5. The condition for participation in the competition is to have a verified Facebook account.
6. The condition for participation in the competition is to like the fanpage of Lewacka Szmat and let us reconstruct the memory of the patrons cursed, and to make the competition post available.
7. The competition runs until 09:37 on 02.12.22, until 23.59 on 04.12.22.
8. The results of the competition will be announced on the fanpages of Lewacka Szmat and let us reconstruct the memory of patrons cursed on 6.12.22 at 6 p.m.

Competition task
10. The competition task is to describe the stupidest and most absurd component of the historical policy of the right.
11. Each associate may submit any number of proposals on each fanpage.
12. The competition will choice 1 winner on each fanpage.
13. The most interesting, best, funniest competition answer will be chosen by a committee composed of people from Lewacka rag and let us reconstruct the memory of patrons cursed.

14. The winners of the competition will be notified of the winning and reception conditions of the Award via a private message sent on Facebook.
15. The organiser pays attention to respect for the work of others and the preservation of culture in speeches.
Prize
17. Awards in competitions are 1 shirt with a logo Let us remember the patrons cursed, on the fanpage Let us remember about the patrons of the Cursed, and 1 free shirt from the assortment of Lewack Szmat's store on the fanpage of Lewack Szmat, 1 on the fanpage.
18. The award will be sent at the organizer's expense to the winners.
19. The Promoter has the right to supply the Winner data on the fanpage.
20. The Promoter shall not be held liable for the failure to pass on the award for reasons attributable to the Participant. In that case, the prize is gone.
21. The Promoter shall not be liable for incorrect data indicated by the Participant, and in peculiar for the change of individual data preventing the associate from uncovering and informing about the award of the Prize.
23. In case of detection of activities incompatible with the Rules of Procedure, attempts to influence the selection of the Winner in a way that is not permitted, in peculiar by establishing fictional profiles on Facebook, the associate may be excluded from the Contest.
Complaint
24. All complaints and comments regarding the rules, conduct or resolution of the competition should be sent by email to: lewackaszmata@gmail.com.
25. The complaint shall contain the name of the associate and the reasons for the complaint. In the title of the message, delight add a description ( Facebook Competition – “Right-wing past policy, that is, your memories of an expedition to absurd land”).
26. Complaints shall be handled within 30 days of their receipt.

Final provisions
30. In matters not governed by these Rules, the provisions of the civilian Code and another provisions of law shall apply.
31. Disputes relating to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by the general court competent locally for the seat of the organiser.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to change the rules of the Competition during its duration. Information about the changes will be placed on the fanpages of the Lewacka rag and let us remember the patrons cursed.
33. By participating in the competition, you agree with the provisions of these Rules.
