Our revolutionary government of Donald Tusk has prepared a bill to regulate the position of alleged neojudges. Although this position does not be anywhere – neither in the Constitution of Poland nor in the rulings of the TEU, this position is profoundly in the heads of the Order of Extraordinary People and clearly in the head of the lawyer General and the Vice-President of Poland.
It is so clear that this position of the Tuska State must be regulated all the more so that - I'm sorry. The task is compatible with the Polish constitution and global law, including the EU treaties – as stated by the lawyer General of PT (Tuska States).
Attorney General PT added that "New regulations are the consequence of the execution of the ETPCz 'Wałęsa v Poland' judgment". As everyone knows, thanks to Wałęsa and General Jaruzelski in 1989, the commune fell on 4 feet, so the only independent judges who are not affected by the bill are the judges appointed by the Council of State...
It is worth noting that the bill "is compatible with the Polish constitution and global law", that is, as the Constitution and global law understands the politician of Poland – it besides brings Poland closer to specified nations who love peace and regulation of law as Belarus and North Korea.
In this situation, the lawyer General of the State of Tuska asked the president of the Republic of Poland: "I ask the president and his advisors to take a very close look at the bill, due to the fact that it is truly compromise. The lawyer General's request to president Karol Nawrocki is understood, therefore, that contrary to the clear guidelines of the organization and government – the nation chose the incorrect President, whose lawyer General would not gotta ask for anything!
Moreover, as the lawyer General of PT stressed, the law is "a truly compromise nature". After all, according to the activities of the predecessors of the Vice-President to Poland – the Tuska State without a compromise bill could arrest all neo-judges and, with full approval of the European Commission – send to the camps of Belarus...
But our government is as good and gracious as it was in Stalin's time erstwhile "In September 1945, the Polish justice strategy spoke with the voice of a free state and since then, "the time of the regulation of law, respect for the law and work for man began" - as reminded by the Vice president of the Olsztyn territory Court Dorota Lutostanska in a letter to the judges and employees of the court...
