This case has been going on for over 5 years. After a number of politicians with Stefan Niesiolowski and Jacek Protasiewicz were notified to the prosecution, the Prosecutor of the territory Prosecutor's Office Wrocław-Old Town Justyna Trzcińska accused me of eating case law from the Stalinist period, 1948. She has done so against common sense, the penal code and the case law of the European Court of Justice, as I have pointed out precisely in consequence to the indictment. She should be fired from work – she didn't. In particular, after more than 5 years of judicial conflict and illegal “hinges” I was acquitted, and the indictment became an expression of the incompetence of the prosecutor, and in the legal environment the object of inexcusable mockery.
In 2019, Prosecutor Trzcińska acknowledged that by burning a image of the alleged “first non-communist Prime Minister of Poland after ’89” Tadeusz Mazowiecki, I insulted his boy Wojciech, whom I had no thought existed. I burned the image on December 13, 2018 during the picket, during which I condemned the "fat line" of politics and its unworthy conduct. I pointed out that for a man like him, there are no Polish heroes in the pantheon and there should be no place. That's what I pointed out at the trial stage.
After I sent the indictment to court and gave me an extended written reply, the case was dismissed in 2020. The court pointed out that my argument was logical, factual, and even though he did not like my position on the Mazowieckie issue, there is no legal anticipation to impose punishment on me.
After the complaints made by the prosecutors, the case was returned to First Instance. justice Anna Kegel conducted a wire—out of a full of 3 sittings—to change the qualification of the act on the day of the judgment. And so, not out of the blue, not out of the parsley, she slaps me with “hinges” (4 months of probation for 3 years), which would bring down Meatler without legal grounds. I'm certain they'll blow it in second instance, but the most they'll lose is the hay on appeal. I'm certain she thought. Kegel convicted me of article 216 k.k. (the highest punishment is the regulation of freedom) and 257 k.k.
At the time, the joy of the conviction was not covered by the local Wyborcza, commonly known for bending the facts portal Oko.press or the foundation founded by a criminal hiding in Norway. Lawmakers, in their articles and entries, revealed classified information (the public did not agree with Wojtek Mazowiecki) and even masturbated themselves with the joy of proceeding about illegality in an indeterminate judgment.
The conviction was irrational and scandalous adequate that the appeal was partially in my favour of the prosecution itself. That's right, that's an unfriendly prosecutor who's based on false charges (I've been formally acquitted) ordered the entry of respective ABW officers armed to the teeth. The appeal was besides made in my favour by a reliable attorney Katarzyna Wyszawska from Warsaw virtually dispersing the justification for Anna Kegel's judgment. I besides appealed against the conviction myself.
And what's interesting, even unfavorable to me (I experienced this in another trial) justice Joanna Żelazny, had no uncertainty that Anna Kegel violated or even raped – this is simply a better word – Polish law. She pointed out that everything indicated that I should be acquitted, and that the prosecutors shoulder-to-shoulder with an auxiliary prosecutor leading the “procedural money”.
And so, in January 2024, the case went back to First Instance. On 4 April, without an attorney, I went to court in Wrocław, where from A to Z, I explained to the court who Tadeusz Mazowiecki is and why his boy is not the object of my political interests. I cannot uncover the details, but I can tell you that while listening to the pompous prosecutor Catherine Zagwojska (she took over the baton after Trzcińska), the lawyer of Igor Dynek (Mazowieckie's attorney) and Mazowieckie himself, even though I did not prepare for the trial, I felt intellectual superiority and looseness in overturning their irrational allegations. The task was truly simple, due to the fact that the reinforcement prosecutor Wojciech Mazowiec, in my opinion – lost in any kind of megalomaniac resulting from being the boy of the “great Prime Minister” – tangled the legs, in which we did not aid the hired patron.
On April 12, a conviction was handed down. "Acquittal" was ruled by the court assessor Piotr Górecki.
