Another neoKRS brawl. State-appointed criminals do not quit and appoint a neojudge as vice-president

During the Thursday session of the National Judicial Council, which is already on the 3rd day and with the participation of fresh members, mainly Members from the current opposition, a rivalry will be held for the election of the Vice-President of the National Court Register. Paweł Styrna presented the candidacy of Tomasz Zimoch. This position remains vacant following the dismissal of Arkadiusz Mularczyk, who lost the election to the Council representing the Sejm. On Wednesday, neo-Judge Stanislaus Zdun was reported, and on Thursday the gathering began with subsequent applications of candidates.

Neoscięcia Anna Dalkowska thanked for the proposal, but decided to resign, justifying her responsibilities. Another candidate, justice Wiesław Johann, representing the KRS on behalf of the president of the Republic of Poland, rejected the proposal for 2 reasons: first, the Council in the erstwhile word denied him the right to participate in the Council and then lost in voting for the position of vice-president of the politicised KRS.

Judge Johann pointed out that he did not want to repeat the same experience utilizing the comparison “Two times you do not enter the same river”. In addition, he stressed that members of the neoKRS expressed a vote of distrust towards him. Despite attempts by the neo-KRS Members, justice Johann refused to participate in the election of the Vice-President.

Another submitted candidatures of the justice Ewa Łopinski and neo-judge Joanna Kołodziej-Michaelowicz were besides rejected. The first explained its decision with an excess of responsibilities and the second refused to participate in the moving most likely realizing that Ziebra's legal protection for costumers in robes had been terminated.

Later, Paweł Styrna presents the candidacy of Tomasz Zimoch (Poland 2050), arguing that he is conciliative and able to establish an agreement. In addition, he stresses that Zimoch will act as a liaison between the existing members of the illegal National Judicial Council and its fresh members. However, Mr Zimoch rejects this proposal for respective reasons, for which the most crucial reason is the violation of the constitution erstwhile selecting neoKRS (fifteen) judges.

The only neojudge, Stanisław Zdun, who had previously agreed to run, was not available on Thursday due to classes in court. Senator Krzysztof Kwiatkowski feverishly demanded his participation in the Council's work so that questions could be asked. Unfortunately, this failed. Nevertheless, the Council has now elected neo-Judge Zdun as vice-president of the neo-KRS.

Since Tuesday, there has been a dispute between the fresh members of the National Judicial Council (neoKRS), mainly Members and the remainder of the Council. justice Maciej Nawacki confronted Kamilia Gasiuk-Pihowicz, saying that she “resisted what she wrote” and besides threatened to “press it down her throat.” In an interview with “Rzeczpospolita” Nawacki admitted to utilizing these words. The messenger decided to call the police in connection with the incident.

In another interview given “Rzeczpospolita” Gasiuk-Pihowicz announces that he will not quit due to the fact that the public aspect of the case is crucial for her. He emphasizes that these people will decide who will become a justice and who will not. The conflict inside the neoKRS highlights the strained atmosphere and difficulties in communication between the various factions of the illegal Council.
