There have been respective attacks on the peaceboats of the mission tonight. Global Sumud Flotilla, coming to the Gaza Strip with humanitarian aid and an intention to break the Israeli blockade. Polish citizens and citizens are on board the attack units: Kraków's activist of Palestinian origin Omar Faris, associate of the Civic Coalition Franciszek Sterczewski, activist Ewa Jasiewicz (who participates in the peaceful flotilla to Gaza for the 4th time – was a witness of the 2010 attack erstwhile Israel murdered 10 people on boats and injured respective twelve others) and Nina Bird from the Nomad Foundation.
As any of you know, the majority of the Polish delegation – including myself – which on 31 August, along with hundreds of another people sailed from Barcelona, had to return to Poland. First we were struck by a storm, which led to 7 boats returning to the port (the ones where me and Mr Sterczewski sailed) where they were repaired. So we flew to Tunis, where another fleet was preparing to sail and join the others. However, it shortly became apparent that a large part of it was not suitable for a cruise.

Global Summud Flotilla is simply a problem for Israel

Another drone attack to aid Gaza
The first attacks occurred while we were inactive in Tunis. The 2 largest boats got hit by drones. An example has already been given by Italy – the national defence minister Guido Crosetto condemned the attacks on the flotilla, recalling that the mission is legal under global law, and at his request the government sent a naval vessel to defend the participants.
We must request first of all a strong reaction from Poland to the genocide itself on the Palestinians (including economical sanctions on Israel at least specified as we imposed on Russia), but our government has repeatedly proven that the lives of children and adults in Gaza value little than the technology utilized for their extermination, announcing further purchases with the Israeli army. The flotilla case, due to people with Polish passports present on the boats, 1 of which has a parliamentary card, is another lever we can usage to force the rulers to react.
And in 2 years' time, we will have the chance to settle politicians, who have only 1 say about the ongoing genocide, that is ‘no specified thing’, for which no action goes beyond strengthening military cooperation with the genocide killer, or a completely insolent claim that the Polish participants of Global Sumud Flotilla “are endangering not only themselves but besides Polish diplomacy” and denying them even words of support or any action that can increase their safety (I do not greet them) Minister Sikorski).
