What happens in the KGB? The decisions made are completely incomprehensible, as if to the detriment.
The competition procedure for president Elewarr late ended? According to earlier findings, Mr Zamojski Zakłady Zbożowe became president – Jacek Łukaszewicz. The competition procedure, the requirements and, in particular, the deficiency of impunity raised many objections. In a public statement, Dr. Daniel Alain Korona, erstwhile president of the Company from 2018 to 2022, during which Elewarr achieved evidence profits, made it clear that his candidacy would not pass.

He was then detained by the interior safety Agency on the charge of misappropriation of 20 1000 tonnes of wheat owned by BRE Bank SA, worth over PLN 9 million, which was collateral for a debt of PLN 11 million granted by this bank to Elstar.
Not only is it a controversial decision made late by the KGB. It turns out that the KGB has been deprived of its influence in the Potato manufacture Plant at the “ZETPEZET”. How did this happen?
Now ZPZ in Pile ZETPEZET is simply a Company in which KGS has number capital – 124196 shares worth PLN 6.209.800. The remaining shares belong to private owners. 164288 shares worth PLN 8,2144 million belong to the Wielkopolska Potato manufacture Company, and 24497 shares worth PLN 1,22485 million to Albaterm sp. z o.o. In the Supervisory Board, 4 members represented private owners and 1 – National Food Group.
In April this year, the ownership supervision of the KGB applied to the partners to dismiss the associate of the supervisory board – the lawyer Anna Żmijewska. She represented in the council first the Treasury (since 2018) and then the National Food Group (since 2022). Let us remind that the head of the department of ownership supervision is the manager Rafał Małecki. He was expected to justify the request by force from the authorities. Is that what happened? Maybe.
The fact is, however, that Ms Anna was not informed of the request, and that she was to find out by accident.
In the light of the KGB's proposal, the co-owners had nothing left but to cancel Ms. Anna at the Assembly of Associates. At the same time, however, there was a simplification from 5 to 4 members of the council. This means that the National Food Group has deprived itself of a associate in the case of the supervisory “ZETPEZET”. To appoint a fresh associate of the council, the another partners may disagree.
So far, the Registration Court has not registered changes in the Company, on 25 April has called for the formal deficiencies to be corrected under the rigor of recovery of the application.
In the end, the KGB lost a associate of the supervisory board at ZETPEZET, but was that it?
