“As I declared earlier, any violation of the law will be settled. Police are doing their job, even if it is not as “spectacular and spectacular” as any would expect. The impunity of the PiS is over. And so it will remain” – wrote Kierwiński on the X platform on Wednesday, joining the entry of the publication of the RMF FM portal, according to which the Sejm received a request to waive the immunity of Jarosław Kaczyński.

According to the portal, the reason for the motion to waive immunity is the violation of the law by destroying and stealing a wreath from the Smolensk Tragedy Victims Memorial. The incidental took place during the celebration of the anniversary of the disaster on 10 April in Warsaw.
"As RMF FM reporter heard, originally the owner of the wreath who submitted the announcement to the police, claimed that the value of the destroyed thing exceeds PLN 800. It is this amount that indicates work for the crime, not wrongdoing. However, the police did not get from the injured organization any proof of acquisition or information where he bought the wreath to verify its value. They yet valued it at PLN 400" – the portal said on Wednesday.
Police in Warsaw reported on 10 April that “a widely known parliamentarian” received a wreath that was submitted by another individual at the Memorial of the Victims of the Smolensk Tragedy.
On the video released on 10 April by Virtual Poland, it was possible to see the president of the Law and Justice organization first trying to rip off the plaque left in front of the monument of the Victims of the Smolenska Tragedy in Warsaw and then take the wreath and leave. There was a sign on the wreath:"Memoirs of 95 victims of Lech Kaczyński, who, ignoring all procedures, ordered pilots to land in Smolensk under highly hard conditions. remainder in peace. The Nation of Poland’.
The Rules of Procedure, Parliamentary Affairs and Immunity Committee of the Sejm will address the issue of the immunity of Jarosław Kaczyński. Media reports have sparked a heated discussion online.
"The effect of the provocation. We will provoke the old man and he may not hold out," says writer Łukasz Warzecha.
"Tusk started clearing Kaczyński. There will be no mercy!" – Prof. Adam Wielomski mocks.
“Anyone who wants to support this, let him consider what he would do if specified a wreath were about his close family. Of course, everyone's healthy reaction is to throw the crap out. A man who wouldn't gotta love his household very much, but people who hatred PiSu won't understand. PS If you take immunity from Kaczyński for this, will you be consistent and will you besides take distant the road pirate Trap? You will, won't you?” writes the user about the nickname “Conservative Liberal”.
