History both likes to repeat itself and return with a farce, the combination of these 2 returns occurred just before the erstwhile left the White home President Joe Biden. Both cases are very controversial, but in the context of Polish politics, much more emotions are caused by pardoning politicians and generals, who not only did not have any judgement on their account, but did not even hear the charges. In 2015 president Andrzej Duda decided to pardon Mariusz Kamiński, Maciej Wąsik and 3 another CBA officers, who were sentenced to death by the compromised justice Wojciech Więczewski. At that time, a large scandal broke out and dozens of legal authorities began to tell uncreated things about simple writing: Article 139 of the Constitution The president of Poland applies the law of grace.

So far no prof. of law has spoken in Poland, who has so fiercely turned the Vistula with a stick. The silent “constitutionalist” Marcin Matczak and his favourite lawyer TVN24 Mikołaj Malicki, who with a stone face can repeat all absurdity of the current political needs of the liberal-left camp. Not the first time it turns out that what the left is free to the left, let the right not even dream, but the gigantic level of arrogance and lawlessness powdered with "defence of democracy" is clearly seen in Joe Biden's statement:
Unwarranted and politically motivated investigations origin havoc in the lives of those under investigation and their families, as well as (hit) their safety and financial security. Even if (these) people did nothing incorrect — and in fact they did the right thing — and will yet be acquitted, the very fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably harm (their) reputation and finances.
It is clear from the message that there are untouchable people and even though they have committed the top crimes, they are always innocent and simply setting charges can "immediately harm their reputation and finances." This is how “liberal democracy” works And it will work as long as people are untouchable at the heights of power, media and business. Let us hope that Donald Trump will begin to change this unbearable state of affairs in the right direction, that is, democracy without additions and a right equal to all.
