Katarzyna Kotula (Levice) on behalf of her organization has published a message declaring the suspension of the electoral run before the elections to the Europarliament. The writer commented on this in blunt terms.
– message of Left staff: In a sense of state work and democratic process, in the face of tragic events at the border and pending clarification, Left staff decided to suspend the election run before the European Parliament elections. We do not want human death and events at the border to be utilized politically in the election campaign. We offer our deepest condolences to the household of the deceased soldier – reads the message of the Left.

The message is the consequence of the tragedy which took place on the Polish-Belarusian border. As a consequence of a knife attack by a “friendly” migrant, a Polish soldier died yesterday afternoon.
