Long-Haul Expansion Plans

In February, IndiGo (6E) announced an agreement with Norse Atlantic Airways (N0) to damp lease three Boeing 787-9 aircraft. These planes will arrive in India during the second half of 2025 and will serve long-haul routes. This deal brings IndiGo’s total damp-leased aircraft to 4, with the possibility of adding more in the future.

Pieter Elbers, CEO of IndiGo, stated that this partnership will help the airline establish its brand in the European market.
