I got a small loose in the morning, and the rush is that I feel like writing, so I write.
Let us start by pointing out problems that do not origin much controversy in Poland. Firstly, Poland very much needs modern technologies in almost all areas of life. Secondly, Poland has underdeveloped facilities for the improvement of specified technologies. Thirdly, Poland depends on the influx of these technologies from abroad, including the USA.
Now to collide these widely recognized facts with the following facts in chronological order. For Joe Biden's presidency, the Americans in accessing the most modern technology qualified Poland to countries with a low degree of trust, and thus with hard access to them. On the another hand, not long ago Prime Minister Donald Tusk presented a programme to modernise the Polish economy, but besides the full country, and the foundation of this task is to be American IT companies. Then Minister Radosław Sikorski publically argued with Elon Musk, 1 of the closest co-workers of president Donald Trump, and at the same time he was the holder of any of these state-of-the-art technologies that Poland is seeking. In the meantime, the Minister of Digitalism in the Tuska government announced the imposition of a peculiar taxation on American IT companies on claims of gigantic profits. This was addressed by the future US Ambassador to Poland, who said something like this; effort to introduce this tax, Trump will take you down. The threat of a future American ambassador has a fuller dimension, given that specified a taxation already wanted to introduce the Law and Justice Government, but after being threatened by the then US Ambassador he rapidly withdrew from it.
It became a certain qui pro quo, and speaking more clearly and in Polish, we have a situation determined by the proverb that he caught the Cossack of Tatarin, and Tatarin holds his head. In order to make it even more clear that “the Cossack”, is the government of Tusk and Poland in general, and “Tatarzin” is the government of the United States.
So what is it about and where is the Polish national interest? It is most likely in the Polish national interest that the Polish State has access to the most modern technologies and that it can make specified technologies. present it is 1 of the pillars of being an independent state. However, to date, the circumstantial institutions of this country, in more cases, have shown that they are more capable of wasting home inventions in this respect than of creating guarantees of independence, or even building advantages in interstate economical or military competition. It is clear to the bare eye that, among another things, Poland is not an independent state, due to the fact that in terms of the latest technology it is on the leash of the USA, and the announcement of Prime Minister Tusk that it is counting on American IT companies, can prove more about its tightening than the desire to throw it off. Thus a network of U.S. – Polish messages of conflict and conflict nature was created. Whoever comes out of this victorious in the case of Americans will show that he dominates and subjugates Poland, and in the case of the Tusk government will prove that he has won any space for an independent state.
Donald Trump in an interview at the White home told Vladimir Zelenski not to jump, due to the fact that “there are no cards in his hand.” I'm afraid in a akin conversation, Donald Tusk would have heard the same thing. Unfortunately, I believe that, at the level of the dispute described, the Polish government "has no cards in hand". The Americans have respective "strong cards" which can put Poland in a very hard situation, specified as the threat of withdrawing their troops. On the another hand, Poland has no anticipation to "bore" any American card. I mean, will any American IT company find out about large investments in Poland if they are told to pay taxes they have not had to pay so far?
There is no request to hide that in relations with the USA Poland found itself in black d... The spell that we are their best ally is just a pathetic confirmation. Unfortunately, we're in this black d... very much at our own request. This is not just a vassal effect, in fact, of politics towards the US. A completely unilateral dependence on America is an accident policy besides towards Western Europe and Russia. Therefore, I foretell that no duties for American IT companies in Poland will pay, and they should and I think they would. However, another policy is needed for this. specified a policy that leaves itself space to change directions, without burning bridges, and above all takes into account its own national interest more than even Ukrainian.
