There is simply a gap between judaic and Latin civilization. In Latin civilization, ethics stands above the law—which in practice means that if the law is set against ethics, it is rejected and not applied—as wicked. Poles – as even model Latins – are here a flagrant example; for hundreds of years we have a habit of rejecting (not applying) laws that are contrary to morality – we simply have in our blood that we have a moral right to not apply the law (immoral).
And how can we not love our civilization?
In judaic civilization, on the another hand – the sacred bene (in ours there is simply a clear separation between sacrum and profanum – secular and spiritual matters) – is rather different: the law is equivalent to morality – due to the fact that it is expected that the full law comes from God (even erstwhile people compose it and even erstwhile judaic atheists apply it).
This has a completely different applicable effect: The hebrew applies to the law without any reservation—never putting it in any moral doubt—because it is always the same with morality—and the highest of all possible ("God's law").
This is the case in the following case: since there is in the law a gateway to abortion even in specified an ethically questionable case (death for the intent of abortion of a practically reported kid – due to the condition of PHYCHICAL mother's health), that is, (for the typical of judaic civilization of course) that specified a provision can be freely applied – without any scruples.
(the bene note is very akin – in terms of "law and morality" – in the Byzantine civilization adopted by Germany, for example: Germany has in its blood a non-reflective application to all law – due to the fact that in this civilization the law is above morality; let us not be amazed that Germany practically without murmuring executed even Nazi law – that is just civilization; what is worse – this model of civilization is now implemented by Brussels communists as the legal basis of Eurokołchoz)
Therefore, do not be amazed at the doctor of medical sciences, as quoted below; just realize that for the Latin 1 it must be shocking – due to the fact that in our civilisation so unreflective and "mechanical" application of a very ethically dubious law is simply a shock – but for the individual grown up in the roof of judaic civilization there is nothing immoral about it.
Now answer your simple question:
– What kind of civilization do you like for your children?
PS. It is not essential to be a believer at all to be civilized in the Latin spirit – Catholic religion is not a prerequisite for the application of the principles of Latin civilization and there are many Latin atheists; similarly, it is not essential to be a believer of Jehovah to build a judaic civilization; the present state of Israel is secular, but, for example, in Gaza, it applies the principles of judaic civilization in a model way.
