The Racist and Xenophobic Behaviour Monitoring Centre and its founder Rafał Gaweł lost further cases in courts and do not meet their obligations! Who are they, and what is active in the proceedings?

...was founded by impostor and criminal Rafał Gawl (born 1973), who was sentenced in 2016 by the territory Court of Białystok to 4 years of ruthless imprisonment for financial fraud to the detriment of many victims he ruined, including embezzlement of money donated to fight “the speech of hatred”. In 2019, by decision of the Bialystok Court of Appeal, this conviction was passed – Gawlo was then reduced to 2 years imprisonment. The fraud fled to Norway, where he claims he received political asylum. Then, in the ultimate Court, he applied for the annulment of the judgment, claiming that the conviction was revenge on the justice system. Of course. SN dismissed the deletion recognising that there is no reason to take account of the cassation as the case was conducted highly carefully, reliably and in a full nonsubjective manner. There can be no revenge. – There is no evidence in this case that Mr. Rafał Gaweł was actually persecuted for any reason – said the judge, rapporteur Andrzej Siuchniński. In addition to the fact that Gawel – which is due to the justification of the SA judgement in Białystok – cheated many entities, from information provided by the prosecution, in 2014 his non-payment debt amounted to over PLN 400 thousand. About OMZRiK and its activists was founded website OMZRiK.com. There are dozens of sentences and justifications for judgments in which the organization was OMZRiK or Rafał Gawel.

This isn't over. Gavell is besides indebted to Jack Meaty. He owes him, not counting interest, about PLN 6.5 thousand.

Court yet rejected Gawl's action in its entirety and clearly indicatedThat I am a writer and the information I print about Gawl is true – says Jacek Międlar and refers to the oral justification of the judgement (HERE). – After losing, Gaweł withdrew another very akin lawsuit. I am afraid that he wanted to make money by utilizing the method for the process of money. Instead, he should pay his debts to debtors! – adds. – The executions carried out by Polish bailiffs are ineffective. Everything indicates that the Polish bank accounts of Gawła are clean and that Polish bailiffs have access to these as part of the strategy OGNIVO. The question arises here, why do courts in Poland let fraud Rafał Gawel to spend money on civilian lawsuits alternatively of taking the problem of paying his debts to debtors? Importantly, from the information available on the Norwegian website skatt.skatteetaten.no, which can be accessed by all paying taxes in Norway, it is clear that Gaweł does not smite poorness and that commitments to debtors in Poland could freely be repaid. – Norwegians named Gaweł are more, but only 1 is named Rafal and was born in 1973 – indicates our origin from Norway. – 384 849 is his income in Norwegian crowns For present it is about PLN 76275 per year plus 10.2% of the vacation fee. In total, its yearly income is PLN 84 1000 net.

OMZRiK does not execute judgement and is liable for hateful comments

In March and June of this year, 2 judgments were passed in which the suspect was OMZRiK. In both cases, the foundation founded by the impostor lost cases of individual misconduct. 1 of the cases (unvalid judgment) was brought up by Katarzyna Skrzypkowska, with whom we were the first to interview in Poland. The second case was brought by Agata Schrötte (final judgment). In both cases, the OMZRiK was obliged to print an apology of the plaintiffs, and in the case brought by Katarzyna Skrzypkowska to pay compensation for a full amount of PLN 10 thousand.

Importantly, the Court of Appeal's justification clearly states that the OMZRiK Foundation is liable for the vulgar, hateful and defamatory comments that appear under (in our opinion highly biased) posts on the OMZRiK website on Facebook.
– The suspect Foundation, creating an chance to post anonymous entries by net users, has itself defined the rules of commentation. It was only up to the suspect to keep the state of the violation of individual property. Only the suspect had the method means to block, remove unacceptable entries. Moreover, the suspect claims that the entries are deleted, which confirms the plaintiff's arguments regarding the violation of her individual rights, as well as the defendant's liability as an administrator. ...The suspect shall be liable as an admin for violation of the plaintiff's individual property by allowing 3rd parties to print abusive, vulgar, hateful entries. The defendant's work is to supply and store certain content on this profile that he is not the author of. – we read in the message of reasons.

OMZRiK has not apologized to Agata to this day Schrötte.
