Paweł Wielgosz, president of the Organization of Producers – Poland Carpensures that this year's carp request has been met, which translates into a favourable year for breeders. That means, for example, carp will cost between 25 and 30 PLN per kilo in retail stores, while payments, i.e. the most sought-after parts of carp, should be available for about 45 PLN per kilo.
