In 2 temporary work agencies in Wrocław checked 2,400 foreigners from 26 different countries. The audit results are alarming – as many as 2000 people (83%) worked illegally, i.e. without permits, contracts, applications to the Social safety Office. many false documents, frauds and activities were detected to impede control. This is the real dimension of bringing foreigners to work, who, in the propaganda of the COPIS and left-wing media, "build our GDP" and "without them we can't do it."
A giant scale of fraud in bringing in economical immigrants. Border defender officers in Wrocław-Strachowice carried out checks on 2 labour agencies, covering a full of over 2,400 foreigners from 26 different countries. The aim of the activities was to verify the legality of the conduct of business by foreigners and the compliance of entrusting them with the applicable provisions of Polish law.
The results were alarming. Among another things, it revealed: work without approval and contract, lack of notification to social security, false statements and documents, misleading bodies. A full of more than 2000 persons from 2400 controlled were affected by irregularities. Among the illegally employed foreigners were people from 26 different countries. Most of them were from Indonesia and Georgia, but they besides come from Nepal, Ukraine and Belarus.
In the context of the activities of employment agencies, they have been shown to be practically full of the spectrum of violations related to the entrustment and performance of work by foreigners. As a result, respective criminal proceedings have begun against suspects of these abuses. Headship of the institutions and any of their staff, suspects are for facilitating crossing the border, legalising work and residence for foreigners and legalising work on the basis of false documentation, and misleading control authorities.
In turn to foreigners who have benefited from fraudulent offers and have partially collaborated with fraudulent intermediaries, administrative proceedings were initiated to oblige them to return. However, this does not apply to all Ukrainians who can at any time start to pretend to be "war refugees".
Unfortunately, the alleged "return commitment" means nothing. Immigrants are notoriously crossing the deadlines outlined in these decisions and no 1 then controls whether they have left. We only learn about the fact that they stay illegally in Poland if there is simply a serious crime on their part.
