Roman Giertych, associate of the Civic Coalition, assessed that the proceeding of Barbara Skrzypek, a longtime associate of Jarosław Kaczyński, had been conducted professionally. Barbara Skrzypek died on March 15th. Her death became the subject of political dispute after Jarosław Kaczyński suggested that prosecutors were liable for her death. On 12 March, they interviewed her as a witness in an investigation into Silver and alleged 2 towers. The proceeding was conducted by prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek in the presence of, among others, Jack Dubois.
"Professional audition, good atmosphere"
During the Thursday press conference of the PiS Gierty clearing team, he stressed that he was satisfied with the actions of his proxy during the proceeding of the Violins.

Gierty besides referred to the words of the president of the Law and Justice, who had previously stated that he would like “life imprisonment or death penalty”.
– Jarosław Kaczyński said present that he would like for me life imprisonment or death penalty. I have a question, Jarek, whether this death will be preceded by torture or not, due to the fact that I have an understandable curiosity about it. said Mr KO.
According to Gierty, the PiS leader's communicative is part of “Strategy to build his image again as a individual highly insane and so crazy”.
– What, Jarek, are you gonna tell me erstwhile we're gonna be in your interrogation as a suspect? What will you say if you sit on the defendants' bench or are convicted? Mr Ko announced that his environment would not quit force on the prosecution to analyse the erstwhile government.
– Nothing can change that clearing mode we've taken. We're going to push the D.A.'s office to do it faster, we're going to put even more force on you, no specified attacks, no insults, no threats of life imprisonment or death punishment won't change, Mr. Jarosław Kaczyński, the fact that you and your full formation to the end, until the last buck is settled. – he said.
