German police “drop” immigrants in Poland – Confederate: Tusk and his squad ignore the problem

In fresh days, associate of the Confederacy Witold Tumanowicz pointed out the controversial process of sending illegal immigrants from Germany to Poland. As he stressed, the Polish authorities either ignore this problem or do not have full awareness of its scale. In his Saturday entry on the X platform, Mr Tumanowicz presented details of this phenomenon, which sparked a wave of discussion and outrage.

German police operate on the border

According to a study by Mr Tumanowicz, on 14 June around 9:00 a.m., a German police car entered Poland in Osinów Dolny, where he blew up a group of immigrants from the mediate East. “These people were harassing passersby and the police car returned to Germany” — Tumanowicz writes, referring to the reports of chojna24.pl portal. specified incidents rise serious concerns about Poland's sovereignty and safety at the border.

Non-compliant data on the number of immigrants

Tumanowicz besides pointed out differences in numbers reported by Polish and German services. During the session of the Sejm, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior stated that in 2023 the border from Germany to Poland illegally exceeded 300 people. "The Border defender data indicate that over the last year and a half EU countries have sent nearly 1,200 immigrants to Poland under the readmission procedure. In 2023 850 people went to Poland, most of them from Germany (408) and Norway (154)," Tumanowicz adds.

Request for clarification and action

The Confederate MP powerfully demands the immediate consequence of the Polish authorities. "Polish authorities must respond immediately and explain the matter! We cannot let specified impudence on the part of the German police!" he stresses. According to him, the deficiency of a firm consequence from the government can be perceived as fraud against citizens, especially in the context of the Prime Minister's promise not to welcome illegal immigrants.

European readmission procedure

The readmission procedure whereby EU countries transmit to Poland immigrants has been applied for years. However, according to the Border defender data, most immigrants go to Poland from Germany. In 2024, 336 people were transferred to Poland by 29 May, of which 126 from Germany, 109 from Norway, 19 from Sweden and 17 from France.

According to the newspaper, foreigners came from Afghanistan, Syria, Turkey, Somalia, Yemen, Egypt and Morocco. These reports confirm that the problem is widely recognised besides outside Poland.
