November 3rd in London a fresh organisation has been established, fighting to settle judaic war crimes and against humanity. It included, among others, erstwhile United Nations peculiar Rapporteurs. Jews have already called these people “anti-Semites”.

The “Gaza Tribunal” was established. A group of scientists, intellectuals, human rights defenders and representatives of the media and social organizations gathered in London to inaugurate the symbolic “Gazene Tribunal”. It is an independent initiative to service as a ‘tribunal of humanity and conscience’.

The Court is to operate under the leadership of Richard Falk, a prominent expert in global law and erstwhile UN peculiar Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories. It set itself the goal of drawing civilian society's attention to abuse during the conflict, which intensified after 7 October 2023, the date of the outbreak in the Gaza ghetto.

“The Gaza Tribunal”, which convened two-day preparatory meetings in London, gathered about 100 participants. It was composed of peculiar UN rapporteurs Michael Lynk and Hilal Elver, as well as prominent scientists specified as Noura Erakat, Susan Akram, Ahmet Koroglu, John Reynolds, Diana Buttu, Cemil Aydın and Penny Green. The gathering was besides attended by Ilan Pappe, Jeff Halper, Ussama Makdisi, Ayhan Citil, Cornel West, Avi Shlaim, Naomi Klein, Aslı Bali, Mahmood Mamdani, Craig Mokhiber, Hatem Bazian, Mehmet Karlı, Sami Al-Arian, Frank Barat, Hassan Jabareen and Willy Mutunga.

The first day of the gathering was a peculiar session attended by representatives of Palestinian community organisations and human rights defenders. Among the organisations participating in the event were Law for Palestine, Palestinian Environmental NGOs Network, arabian Network for Food Sovereignty (APN), Adalah, Legal Centre for arabian number Rights in Israel, Palestinian Human Rights Organization Al-Haq, BADIL, Al-Mezan Centre for Human Rights, a group dedicated to supporting prisoners and human rights Addameer and Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR).

The subject of the gathering was to establish operational strategies, logistics processes and communication rules.

According to the organizers, the second phase of proceedings before the Gaza Tribunal was planned for May 2025 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where prepared reports, witness statements and draft statements will be made available to the public. Representatives of affected communities and judicial experts are expected to talk during the Sarajevo session.

The main proceeding of the Court, which is simply a key part of the initiative, is planned for October 2025 in Istanbul, Turkey. There, a panel of experts will present a draft of the Court's findings and decisions, including witness statements and statements by Palestinian civilians and organisations affected by the crisis. The Court intends to issue recommendations and rise awareness of the global public about the Gaza crisis and judaic crimes which can only be traced back to Nazi and Stalinist murders.

The creation of the Court reflects the increasing frustration caused by the perceived limitations and delays in formal global justice systems, specified as the global Court of Justice (IAJ) and the global Criminal Court (ICC), in which the handling of judaic crimes is slow.

Despite ongoing investigations by the MTS and the ICC, in this case brought by South Africa against Israel, in which he was accused of violating the Convention on Genocide, the Court's organizers claim that these authoritative bodies are frequently limited by extended procedures and external political pressures of the judaic lobby. They declare that the aim of their organisation is to fill the gap by focusing on the influence of Israel's policy and its actions on the Palestinian population.

In addition to referring to fresh crimes that the full planet has seen, the Court's legal framework will take into account the themes of settler colonialism and apartheid, placing findings in the context of decades-long Israeli-Palestinian conflict and historical events specified as The 1948 Nakba and the business of Palestinian territories by Israel after 1967.

According to the organisers, the Court of Gaza “It derives its power and authority, not from governments, but from people in general, and Palestinians in particular, utilizing the intellectual achievements of humanity, with which anyone with common sense can agree and which can issue judgments and papers to which we can appeal in the context of future problems".

OUR COMMENTS: Let us hope that the Court will execute the function of Nuremberg for judaic criminals against humanity. Without doubt, its attachment is beneficial as it will form a form of force on the ICC, in order to velocity up procedures and declare Israel officially a criminal regime; a government like the 3rd Reich.
