FROM FEMINISM TO CHRISTMAS – EDITA STEIN

Edith Stein. A judaic female who, despite being from a wealthy, believing, judaic family, became an atheist erstwhile she was young.
She besides identified with the feminist movement. It was even mentioned that she was a struggling feminist.

She began and graduated with 1 of the most prominent
20th century minds, mathematician and philosopher prof. Edmund
Husserla and became his PhD student and assistant.

It is worth mentioning that the origin phenomenology of the Husserla ellipse was highly rationalistic and was a maximalistic task in terms of epistemology, bearing a scratch of the mathematical mentality of its creator.

It did not address any issues related to religion and “supernaturality” in any way. Edith’s survey content did not anticipate
her further communicative (although only seemingly).

An crucial feature of the origin phenomenology was the reliable and uncompromising search for truth. Only minds with an honest interior momentum to search truth, not to call the fact any belief, could become part of Husserlovsky
environment (for this reason too, Hussein broke up with his ex
student who strayed – Martin Heidegger).

We had Roman Ingarden from the Polish, prominent minds of the Husserl circle.

It was a conversion that was amazing most likely and for the convert herself. 1 day, while sitting besides long, she stayed for the night with a friend of Hedwig Conrad-Martius. There was a library in the area that she received for the night.

As she wrote: “I got caught up and took out the book
large volume. It was called:

"The Life of Saint Teresa of Avila" written by her herself. I started reading,
I was delighted immediately and did not halt reading
until it's finished.

When I closed the book, I said to myself, “This is the truth.”
She joined the caramel, and with her her sister Rosa.

The judaic household never got over the road to which they stayed
He and his sister were drawn.

Due to the persecution of the Jews, she was transferred to Carmel in Echt (Netherlands) on 31 December 1938. Arrested by the Germans during the mass arrests of judaic Catholics on 2 August 1942 , which was Hitler's retaliation for the announcement of a letter of pastoral episcopal Dutch in defence of the Jews.

Gased with sister by Germans in concentration camp
Auschwitz-Birkenau.
