Scared Oatmeal. Heit “Republic”

niepoprawni.pl 5 months ago

I am reasoning about the reaction of all these me(r)dial officers plus JE Minister for Gawkowski's digitalization so eagerly condemning tv "Republic" and in Poland24 for the expected inspiration of any grandpa who was expected to endanger a layman in red panties, pardon, glasses if a request for the dismissal of MP Zembaczyński... for incitement to rape was received in the Sejm!

A After all, a causal relation would be much stronger. Well, individual who notices the celebrated 8 stars on the master's car could take them to heart and rape any "pig". All right, well, if I'm not accused of sexism, I'll add "pig."

In the meantime, there is rather a serious discussion about the incredibly even a dangerous threatThe 1 that any pensioner was going to call Juras.

Let us remind you of those terrible words. ;)

– Have I reached the Office of Oats?
- Yeah.
He needs to be shot, he's a dick.

Apart from the question to avoid confusion A terrible threat. consists of 6 (in words: six!) words.

Bodnar D.A. went all the way. As we read in the material published in Virtual Poland:

The detainee is simply a 71-year-old male. On Wednesday evening he was transported from Małopolska to Warsaw. He spent the night in detention rooms.

- I'm sorry. It all indicates he called. He's a citizen of Małopolska, closer to Podhale. He was personally detained by police officers from the Metropolitan Police Station on Wednesday night around 9:00 p.m. He was amazed and polite, no resistance. He didn't "seat or throw" - a KSP police officer tells us.

On Thursday, the prosecutor confirmed that the 71-year-old had confessed to the alleged act, heard allegations of criminal threats linked to the insult of Jerzy Owsiak and filed a motion for conditional dismissal. He's a fresh Sącz resident, never been punished before. As he testified, he threatened telephonely the head of the WOŚP pd with the influence of a reportage on tv Republic, putting Oatsiak in a negative light.

MThus, we are a fugitive of 2 transgressions – criminal threats (Article 190 KK) and insults (Article 216 KK).

Let us look at in turn both of these terrible acts, caused by the right-wing “chat”.

Article 190 of the Criminal Code:

§ 1. Who threatens another individual to commit a crime against him or against the individual closest to him if the threat raises a legitimate concern in the individual to whom he or she has been addressed or is afraid that he or she will be fulfilled,

is subject to imprisonment until the age of 3.

§ 2. Pursuit shall take place at the request of the victim.

Shooting Oatsiak would surely be a crime. After all, the 71-year-old grandpa of Podhale according to Owsiak himself stated:

- I'm sorry. He needs to be shot.

In the last edition of the Commentary to the Penal Code under ed. prof. hab. Ryszard Stefański (2025) we read:

For the existence of an offence under Article 190 of the KK, a subjective feeling of threatened is essential. 1 of its features is to rise in the endangered legitimate concern that the announcement of criminal action will be fulfilled. Legally, it is not simply a substance of determining whether there truly was a anticipation that the threat would be fulfilled, but of establishing that the threat caused the victim a legitimate fear that it would be fulfilled. specified a fear may besides be if there is no nonsubjective hazard of a threat (e.g. in the event of a firearms attack). This position is widely accepted in case law.

We are so to believe that any more or little balanced old man calls the Oatsiak office and says what he says and Juras shits his pants out of fear!

Is the pilot coming with you? ;)

And now the second charge.

Article 216 of the Criminal Code:

§ 1. He who insults another individual in his presence, or even in his absence, but publically or with the intention of insulting him,

is subject to fines or penalties for restrictions on freedom.

But pay attention to paragraph five!

§ 5. The prosecution takes place from a private accusation.

Well, it should be considered whether the word "it's a dick" meets the conditions of "insult". late we have witnessed addressing the writer of the Republic in this way by earlier leftist Saint Adam Michnik.

I have already left out quite a few examples from the past, erstwhile much stronger epithets were raised against late Lech Kaczyński, erstwhile he was inactive the president and, theoretically at least, he enjoyed stronger protection in this area than the citizen of Owsiak practically without the reaction of alleged bodies.

In addition, the Act clearly states that the offence with Article 216 kk is being prosecuted in a private manner.

However, if the D.A. has deemed it appropriate to conduct proceedings in this regard, it means that the request to defend the regulation of law or an crucial social interest (Article 60(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure) has been recognised.

Just to congratulate you on your speed... ;)

What does all this mean?

The current power is increasingly becoming PO.The wound of fear of upcoming elections.

As you know, the turkey Tusk is called Eurolevica. But let us not be confused by the euro suffix.

Ideologically, they have much more in common with Kim Jong Ilem or what this North Korean fattip is called than with the right.

This can be seen peculiarly clearly in the statements of any me(r)dial officers dreaming of cutting Poland off from planet social media.

Wałęsa spoke of Poland as the second Japan years ago; according to Mrs Wysocka-Schnepf we should inactive stay in Asia, but more north.

It believes that we should be cut off from the world's Internet, like North Korea, during the elections.

Plus, turning off Rpublica tv signal and in Poland24 etc.

And all due to the fact that any grandpa said about Oatsiak "suck."

It's already public paranoia.

Not just that.

OIt takes decades to play hide-and-seek.

After all, we remember the fear, including the court's fear, of the stutterer in the red glasses blogger parent Kurka.

WOSP is not transparent.

And remember, 21 years ago in his habilitation work, Dr. hab. Jerzy Wojciech Wójcik, among 16 ways of money laundering, besides mentioned... charitable activities (Against Money Laundering, Zakącze 2004, p. 285).

As I wrote 8 years ago:

Right, how simple is that? We're making up, for example, a charity and collecting for floods from Atlantis. We have money from cans, and no bill requires the collection of donor data at a public fundraiser. Moreover, it is likely that, in addition to the bad money, there will besides be money thrown into the hands of the popes afraid by the destiny of the Diaprepes family. ;)

Yeah, it could be almost a miracle. Out of nowhere, any charitable businessman from England will announcement us and pay nearly a million zlotys (£160,000).

Yeah, but for now we've only got the money as clean as possible, but you can't just hand it over.

So we pay for consultation, for help, for organization, for idea, for supervision, for hiring, for promotion...

And any scrape of truly needy.

Piotr Wielgucki (Angis parent Kurka) claimed in 2019 that frontal beggar III of the Polish Republic allocated PLN 90 million to abroad services over the last decade. However, invoices, stating who was the beneficiary, the pardon, the contractor of the orders and what they involved, are covered by the top mystery of beggars.

It is worth recalling where the word "laundering (dirty) money" came from. It is commonly attributed either to Al Capone himself or to the head of the alleged Untouchables Branch to national Agent Eliot Ness.

And all due to the fact that in the United States, mob salaries have become a problem due to their height. So what if there were quite a few profits erstwhile you couldn't officially buy real property or a good car?

Al Capone came up with a superb thought in his simplicity. Well, he created a chain of self-service laundry.

And then all tiny pimp or drug dealer would throw a mob pit in a cash device vault.

After taking it out, it became the legal income of the laundry owner.

It can work the same way... Charity can!

This does not, of course, prejudge that the action of Oatsiak is simply a powerful laundromat, but even in the light of the publication by Jerzy Wojciech Wójcik WŚP should be transparent.

But we know that Juras defends the “spy beggar” like independence...

So he blames himself that for nearly 3 decades the same questions have been raised.

Does the current authority not know that?

Dr. hab. Jerzy Wojciech Wójcik as a former... a militiaman does not come from a right-wing fairy tale!

However, the momentum of another "affect" just before the presidential election is propaganda.

Tusk has known since at least May last year that an effort to take the right access to the media has been blown away.

So now we've got a comic anti-right-wing hatred that's practically based on...

Besides, it would be worth a closer look at the character of this terrible villain in Podhale.

After all, 71-year-old pensioners do not necessarily should be “the iron electorate of PiS”.

He may as well besides be a pensioner of the Ministry. And participate in the provocation entirely consciously.

And due to the fact that this is what we are dealing with, the activity of the gay activist Bart Staszewski. Well, the BASTA foundation founded by him is organizing the action of right-wing broadcasters.

In connection with the hatred marathon directed against Jurk Owsiak, the founder of the large Orchestra of Christmas Charity, aired in the stations tv Republic and in Poland24, The BASTA Foundation has taken decisive steps. We prepare formal proposals to the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) and impose penalties on broadcasters for promoting content that can lead to the escalation of hatred and a real threat to life and health. In our opinion, the published content is contrary to Article 18 of the Broadcasting Act. Our concerns confirm the police's findings to which the Republic's tv broadcasts relate to the threats Jurek Owsiak receives.

If individual has forgotten “Bart” Staszewski is the individual who launched a hatred of Poland in Europe by publishing photos of alleged road signs marking a LGBT-free zone.

And although europaplament even issued any appeals in this case, the Polish court found that it was... artistic happening!

Apparently we're dealing with another happening, but this time we're in the process of compromising on December 13.
