On 14 January, members of the Poznań Programme Council of the Radio station (including the undersigned) received a letter - an appeal from the editorial college of Radio Poznań (in liquidation) "with a request for an assessment and opinion of whether Mr Piotr Lisiewicz should proceed to preside over the Radio Poznań Programme Council" (...), due to the fact that "the views represented by Mr Piotr Lisiewicz, even late in tv Republic, do not respect the seriousness and values of Radio Poznań". 3 phrases were further cited, which, according to the authors, are reprehensible: Piotr Lisiewicz called Jerzy Owsiak "the fairy-scripter", "the top hater" and "the secular saint".
Apart from the "weight" of the institution in liquidation, it is worth mentioning that members of the editorial college must have been embarrassed by the full situation, as only 1 of the eleven signatures was clear.
The signal to attack a popular writer with expressive (and never changed!) views was not a bottom-up initiative of Poznań editors, but came "from above". The decision to initiate the riot was made by the neo-Council of National Media, and its execution was entrusted to the liquidator of Regional Radio Poznań in liquidation. This 1 dropped off the "hot potato" of the editorial college of Radio Poznań, which in turn attempted to "tole" the Program Council to remove its chairman. The Council was to address the issue at the next meeting. However, without waiting for her opinion, the president was removed 1 period before the end of his four-year term, which is part of the current ruling customs.
The 15-member Programme Council, representing a broad spectrum of political parties and social organisations, surely did not impede the implementation of the new, already progressive programming assumptions of the current radio management.
It is worth mentioning that immediately after the change of governments, liquidators did not deal with the sale of equipment or microphones, but made a massive "cleaning" among staff, and the scope of staff changes exceeded the 1 remembered by old radiomen from 1982, erstwhile the "lawfulness" restored the Kiszczak/Jaruzelski team.
Although the Programme Council has limited powers, it is not easy to change its composition, as the Act does not specify how members are dismissed. Apparently, however, any paragraph has been found - the current rulings are trained in seeking and uncovering the legal basis...
There is no uncertainty that the full action is part of the media's "artillery preparations" for actions aimed at tv Republic.
