Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik does not dress in words about the parent who starved 3-year-old Emilka

– The death punishment should be reinstated. I see no reason why people who abuse children and do this with premeditation were to be kept for 25 years in prison by a Polish taxpayer – writes Euro MP Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik. – One of the main pathologies of the Polish judiciary is parental alienation, most frequently in favour of the mother– wrote Zajączkowska-Hernik in her entry published on the X platform.

– It is due to the contemptible attitude of judges and the deficiency of judgement based on the child's welfare, as well as the protracting of cases in household courts indefinitely, that there is specified a tragedy as the death of 3-year-old Emilka through starvation.

The tragedy in the Siedle settlement shook all of Poland. Three-year-old Emilka died in her mother's rented apartment. According to information from neighbors, it was they who informed the police of the child's death. Upon arrival, medical services and police confirmed the girl's death, and the origin of death was meant to be starvation. Emilka's parent was detained for 3 months in temporary custody.

Dramatic Events in Siedlce

It all started with the telephone calls of afraid neighbors, who had noticed for any time that something was wrong.
