As of 1 June, fresh labour marketplace rules are coming into force, which introduce a number of facilitations for jobseekers and those who want to improve their qualifications. 1 of the most crucial changes is an educational debt of up to PLN 35 thousand, which can be decommissioned in part. See what further benefits the fresh bill brings.

Educational debt up to PLN 36 1000 – who can get it?

New Labour marketplace and employment Services Act replace the rules in force for 20 years. Key changes include loan for discipline and trainingthat can even carry 40% of average salary, which is now over 36 1000 PLN.

"The amount borrowed will be utilized to pay, for example, the costs of training, postgraduate studies, the confirmation of cognition and skills, the obtaining of papers confirming the acquisition of cognition and skills and the continuation of education in school forms. If these conditions are met, it will be possible to redeem 20% of the debt amount" – explains ‘Fact’.

A settlement voucher for everyone without age restrictions

The fresh rules besides introduce:

  • Support for the employment of pensioners,
  • the anticipation to registry with labour offices for farmers,
  • Priority assistance for people from multi-child families and single parents,
  • changes in the calculation of unemployment benefits,
  • improving the effectiveness of the National Training Fund.

When will the fresh regulations come into force?
