At the inauguration of the European economical legislature in Katowice, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and president of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen presented part of the "plan for Europe".
Although both dark characters carrying out the flammable demolition of the Polish economy spoke separately, but their speeches were complementary, with the aim of presenting a comprehensive plan for Europe.
Among the main points are the appointment of the EU Defence Commissioner, increased investment in the field of defence, including the construction of a "dome over Europe", promotion of research, facilitation for entrepreneurs, climate protection and defence of "European values".
In this context, the president of the European Commission has announced a plan to make an EU Defence Commissioner, whose first task will be to draw up a alleged White Paper, presenting Europe's readiness to deal with threats to its security. This is intended to identify areas requiring investment. The Commissioner would besides coordinate the overall defence strategy of the Union, with associate States maintaining full decision-making, as von der Leyen pointed out.
The Prime Minister of Poland supported this thought by the president of the Commission, pointing out that this is besides the request of his political party.
"I am glad that these arguments have been heard with due attention in Brussels, in the European institutions, but large, gigantic measures will besides be needed for this", he added.
In addition, Tusk stressed the request to invest in defence on a pan-European scale.
"I am talking about a minimum of EUR 100 billion, as well as possible additional measures – for example, those that will not be utilized by the associate States for reconstruction plans – for defence, for the safety of Europe. Well and wisely spent large money on Europe's safety will remove the war from our borders for a long time, possibly permanently. We will be strong, due to the fact that we will be safe," he said.
Tusk added that the creation of a "safe sky over Europe" should be a European project, stressing the request for a joint investment in "the construction of a dome over Europe".
Another nonsubjective of the plan is to increase investment in investigation and innovation. Von der Leyen pointed out the request to usage Europe's combined financial strength where it could bring the top benefits. She pointed out that this issue is closely related to security, as real safety cannot be without a strong economy in Poland and Europe. She stressed that the European Union wants to prepare for unstable geopolitical conditions. Furthermore, it stressed the request to remove bureaucratic barriers in order to make an environment conducive to easier functioning. In addition, she stressed the request to support companies through access to capital.
In his speech, Tusk acknowledged that "European entrepreneurs... must feel safe with competitors outside Europe". He said that this was not a fresh form of protectionism. "But this cannot be the case, and so far it has been the case, that European regulations and procedures that make advanced demands for European entrepreneurs, European companies (...) are a origin of advantage for farmers or producers, entrepreneurs (...) outside the European Union," he said.
"The European Union is from supporting its companies, its entrepreneurs, of course within sound rules, within sensible procedures" he stressed. Like the head of the EC, Tusk stressed the request to reduce bureaucracy.
On the subject of the energy transition, Ursula von der Leyen noted that thanks to investments in renewable energy and "fuel of the future", the European Union has increased its energy efficiency. She stressed that the EU has taken intensive action towards energy change, but that these measures request to proceed to guarantee energy safety and independence.
On the another hand, Prime Minister Tusk discussed the request for an energy transition in a broader context of action against climate change. He stressed the request to avoid actions that would discourage European societies from doing so.
“Here in Silesia, no 1 needs to be convinced of the importance of the Green Deal. (...) and that it is essential to do everything possible to defend the environment (...) by protecting all available methods," Tusk said as if he had forgotten the problem with the EU's climate policy. However, what to anticipate from the von der Leyen Nazi servant who faithfully executes her plan to destruct Poland. He pointed out that “it is crucial that people want to do it and not gotta do it.” He besides advocated an incentive policy, not penalties.
Furthermore, Ursula von der Leyen and Donald Tusk talked about the request to defend “European values”. The EC chief called for a "wide coalition for a strong Europe" here.
"We must keep a strong centre to defy extremes," said the EC head.
Tusk, on the another hand, emphasized that our civilisation and our culture are inherent in human rights. He besides stressed the importance of preserving the "spirit of Europe" and its diversity, including the uncommon European languages. He most likely referred to the Silesian dialect which, as a consequence of a task supported by the ruling left-wing coalition, was recognized as a regional language.
He besides referred to the forthcoming elections to the European Parliament:
"I number on all people of good will that these next 5 years of Europe... this will be the triumph of freedom, this will be the triumph of the law."
