According to controversial fresh EU proposals, children will be able to choose their sex at all ages. According to the fresh plans, it will be possible to quit therapy to check whether children are certain that they want to change sex and age limits on sex recognition.
The proposals contained in the fresh LGBTIQ+ Equality strategy for the period 2026–2030 by the European Commission have already been condemned for "silence of women".
EU associate States that question sex ideology may be punished and sanctions may be applied to "discriminate regions" which do not respect "values" by blocking funding.

In the UK, children from 16 years of age can be given hormones confirmed gender, but they cannot change sex in medical records until they are 18.

The requirements for legal designation of sex vary considerably between associate States. While many associate States have adopted models of self-determination, others impose medical procedures that the European Court of Human Rights found to be in violation of human rights. The Commission will facilitate the exchange of best practices between associate States in order to support the improvement of legal designation procedures based on self-determination and age-free.
I couldn't find any mention of the function of my parents. So, as in the United States for Joe Biden, people besides young to be able to legally sale their bike or buy beer are considered to be old adequate to make their own decision to change sex.

For example, under the guise of the protection of LGBTIQ++ people, it adds to expanding censorship and the applicable abolition of freedom of expression in the EU. All that remains is to hope that censorship of the net will not be effective thanks to the firm attitude of the US.
