DUBAI- The world’s largest international airline, Emirates (EK), is set to enhance its extensive global network. Emirates has introduced three new destinations: Shenzhen in China, Da Nang in Vietnam, and Siem Reap in Cambodia.
These additions show a significant expansion in East Asia for Emirates. The new flights will further solidify Emirates’ presence in the region. The new services will commence in June and July 2025, offering more connectivity between Dubai and key Asian cities.

Emirates Flights to Shenzhen
Starting from July 1, 2025, Emirates will launch daily non-stop flights between Dubai and Shenzhen. Shenzhen now joins Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou as the fourth Chinese mainland gateway served by Emirates.
Emirates’ entry into Shenzhen will boost economic ties, particularly in technology and innovation sectors. The flight schedule is designed to optimize connections between Shenzhen and major business and financial centers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Flight Schedule:
- The Flight, EK328, will depart from Dubai at 10:05 AM GST. The flight will arrive into Shenzhen at 10:00 PM (local time).
- The return flight EK329 will leave Shenzhen at 11:55 PM local time. The return flight will land in Dubai at 3:40 AM GST the next day.
This move makes Emirates the first Middle Eastern carrier to operate a daily service to Shenzhen, a major economic and technological hub in China.
This route will also be served by Emirates’ retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER, featuring four-class configurations. The B777s will have First Class private suites, Business Class lie-flat seats, Premium Economy, and spacious Economy seating.
The aircraft will also carry up to 10 tonnes of cargo per flight. Shenzhen is one of the most important cargo points in China. Emirates will facilitate the transportation of high-tech products, electronics, and e-commerce goods between China and global markets.

Emirates flights to Da Nang
Vietnam holds a strategic position in Emirates’ Southeast Asia network. Recognizing its growing economic and tourism sectors, Emirates is set to launch four weekly flights to Da Nang via Bangkok starting June 2, 2025. Da Nang will be Emirates’ third destination in Vietnam, following Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Emirates’ decision to expand into Da Nang aligns with the recent Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The agreement was signed between the UAE and Vietnam, which aims to enhance trade and investment relations. The new route is expected to facilitate business travel, tourism, and cargo shipments, particularly in electronics and textiles.
Flight Schedule:
- Flight EK370 will depart from Dubai at 9:00 AM GST. The flight will arrive in Bangkok at 6:25 PM local time. The flight will then leave Bangkok at 8:10 PM with the same flight number and reach Da Nang at 9:50 PM.
- The return flight EK371 will take off from Da Nang at 11:30 PM local time and will arrive in Bangkok at 1:10 AM local time the next day. It will then leave Bangkok at 3:40 AM local time and will land in Dubai at 6:50 AM GST.
These new services will be operated using Emirates’ Boeing 777-300ER. These aircraft offer lie-flat seats in Business Class and comfortable seating in Economy. This new connection will provide travelers with easy access to major European destinations, including London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Milan, as well as key US cities.

Emirates flights to Siem Reap
from June 3, 2025, Emirates will introduce three weekly flights to Siem Reap in Cambodia. Siem Reap is Cambodia’s second-largest city and home to the world-famous Angkor Wat temple complex. Emirates will operate these flights via Bangkok Airport in Thailand. These new flights will enhance connectivity for leisure travelers looking to explore Cambodia’s rich cultural heritage.
- Flight Schedule:
- Flight EK370 will depart from Dubai at 9:00 AM GST. The flight will be reaching Bangkok at 6:25 PM local time. This flight will operate to Siem Reap on the other three days instead of Da Nang. The flight to Siem Reap will leave Bangkok at 8:10 PM local time, arriving in Siem Reap at 9:30 PM local time.
- The return flight EK371 will depart from Siem Reap at 11:50 PM local time. The return flight will be arriving in Bangkok at 1:10 AM local time. It will then take off from Bangkok for Dubai at 3:40 AM local time and land in Dubai at 6:50 AM GST.
Flights to Siem Reap will be operated by the Boeing 777-300ER, featuring a two-class configuration with lie-flat Business Class seats and spacious Economy seating. The addition of Siem Reap to Emirates’ network will enhance tourism between Cambodia and key markets in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
