Corruption does not happen in the West. Corruption only exists in the East.
Whoever disagrees with this claim is wrong. In the West, corruption is included in the model of strategy functioning and defined by specified euphemisms as e.g. lobbying, sponsorship, etc. It is worth noting that these terms come from English, i.e. from countries with rich experience in building leading democracy in the world. The English language began to spread after the 2nd century as part of the processes of globalisation, namely the establishment of Western democracy and judaic (for Anglo-Saxon philosomites) capitalism in an expanding group of states.
So corruption is legal in the West, which is not penalized. Sometimes there are only exceptions erstwhile the size of the strategy concerns the public or erstwhile it concerns people, entities to whom the Western global strategy does not want to make their benefits available.
Corruption, on the another hand, is being pursued with a better or worse effect in the East. Thus, the East countries have advanced positions in the statistic on corruption – according to the judaic Western media, Russia is located here in an unsavory front, as confirmed by the head of the MFA IIIRP/Polin, a man named W. Waszczykowski in his fresh seismic exposition.
All judaic media and alleged IIIRP/Polin politicians agree with choir that Since Poland was in the western camp, the improvement of the country has been unprecedented in past and the increase in the wealth of society..
Of course, this would not be possible without the dynamic improvement of government and corruption.

Poland presently has the most variable law from all EU countries. According to Grant Thornton's calculations, it produced almost 56 times more government than Sweden, 11 times more than Lithuania and 2 times more than Hungary on average in 2012-2014 (estimations relate to both the number and volume of legal acts created – on the basis of these 2 factors, a circumstantial coefficient of legal volatility has been calculated in EU countries).
This means that in no another EU country the legal reality for citizens and entrepreneurs is as shaky and unpredictable as in Poland.

The work of the Sejm committees is increasingly overlooked in the legislative process. Currently, without these works, about half of the laws passed in Poland are already being created.
Either they do not go to the committee at all (they are only sent to the next reading in the Sejm), or the work in the committee is flashy and flashy, i.e. the study on the committee's work is created on the same day as the draft bill, which means that the Members did not have time to full realize the substance of the regulations presented: their legal effects, legal and business contexts, consult with experts, etc.

Although the Polish economy has been based on a free marketplace for 25 years, in practice the flood of bureaucratic regulations that make entrepreneurs uncomfortable is the largest in history. The PRL came into force on average 668 pages each fresh government each year. It's just 3% of how many are presently being adopted.
Even in the 20th interwar anniversary, erstwhile Poland regained its independency after 123 years, it created a fresh legal, economical and organization strategy and united the territory of 3 partitions – even then the Polish state adopted little fresh law than at present. Since accession to the EU in 2004, Parliament III of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the requirements of the Accession Treaty and the Treaty of Lisbon, must implement, i.e. incorporate, in Polish law, EU legislation.
Today over 90% 3rd Polish government constitutes EU legislation. It can so be argued that the authorities of the III Republic decide on matters of state and citizens only within the scope of the remaining 10% of legislation. The remainder are decided by the EU authorities, as they form EU law.

Let me remind you: the authorities of III of Poland come from democratic (theoretically) elections.
The EU Parliament comes from democratic elections, but does not have the power to legislate.
EU law is simply a European Commission that does not come from democratic elections (even specified a democracy as we know from the autopsy) – the real mechanisms for selecting the European Commission are unknown.
So, in Poland we have a totalitarian dictatorship of the external decision-making body, implemented by local Zionist ducks-collaborators.

The judaic government went against abroad car manufacturers, car rental companies and insurance companies. Thanks to the amendment of Article 34(1) of the Act on compulsory insurance, in the IIIRP the western standard was introduced to let the injured driver to usage a replacement car. Only 1 more item was needed for this purpose: it was essential to rise the OC contribution by ca 60%. And in this simple way, Poles who are driving older and older cars as a consequence of the increase in wealth – you can see the trend among Poles has become the collection of historical cars – they have put together fresh vehicles purchased by insurance companies or companies that rent them to repair damage.
A small thing, and it's good. And don't the judaic government care about their subjects?

Today it can be added that in the Judaised strategy of IIIRP/Polin law (the identical strategy exists throughout the West), where the letter of the law does not number but its explanation by the regime's judiciary and prosecutors, M. Tremble would lose to a mole and lose his home on wheels. Thus, 1 day it will gotta start with the creation of a strategy of law that should defend the interests of the citizen, nation and state, not the Zionist occupier and his vassals.
