A group of lawyers convinced in early February this year the court why Poland should pay US corp PLN 6 billion. The suit against Poland was filed by Pfizer. The proceeding was not secret – and yet no “independent” Polish media appeared in the room. That's a shame, because, as we know, Pfizer is demanding from Poland this gigantic amount for ordered but inactive not received, vaccines against COVID-19. There's so much amazing information in the area that the hair is standing on the oak. Here are any of them:
Negotiations without informing Poland?
In 2021. Ursula von der Leyen was to enter into negotiations with Pfizer before the Polish government was even informed of their start. This only confirms that the European Commission can treat Poland as a petent – to make decisions as if it were managing our wellness policy and our finances. In Brussels, nobody asked us anything; there was not even a formal notification of the start of talks. Ridiculous and scandalous. What is shocking, Pfizer's lawyers stated that erstwhile Poland was informed of the ongoing negotiations, it did not object to the way these negotiations were conducted. Why was there no objection? You inactive don't know.
"Safety problems" of AstraZeneca and Johnson&Johnson – and messages of the Polish government
Pfizer admitted that in the case of AstraZeneca and Johnson&Johnson (Janssen) vaccines in 2021 (citation) “safety problems appeared” and that (citation) “vaccinations were inappropriate”. At the same time, Minister Dworzyk calmed the public with the words:
"If there were any medical evidence that any vaccine could be dangerous to patients' health, we would take immediate action; present there are no specified conditions."
On the another hand, Minister Niedzielski argued that "Johnson & Johnson's single-dose vaccine provides 100% protection against hospitalization and death from day 28 after vaccination".
And we know that it was different – after vaccination people were severely sick and dying of COVID-19. Is it possible the government was lying? Where was WHO??!
‘No harm to the budget’
Pfizer testified that as a consequence of the European Commission's acquisition of vaccines (citizen) "there is no harm to the budget of Europe and Poland". It sounds at least unusual due to the fact that experts indicate that margins at a price of EUR 19.5 per dose were expected to be excessive. To this day, the scandals surrounding Ursula von der Leyen's acquisition conditions – including communication with the president of Pfizer by the communicator – have not been explained. The news yet disappeared from the telephone of the head of the European Commission.
Based on Pfizer's public financial data, it is estimated that the net profit per dose of mRNA vaccine could be at least EUR 4 (and any indicate a importantly higher profit!). erstwhile ordering 900 million doses, this would mean a possible profit of EUR 3.6 billion, or about PLN 16-17 billion net! inactive a careful estimate. Question – was it about saving the world, or about large business? Pfizer testified that erstwhile the contract was renewed, the European Commission set another price at the level of... EUR 19.5 per dose, and Poland knew this higher price and "did not object". Why was Poland silent? This question besides remains unanswered.
Administration of doses to COVAX

Gavi is an alliance that brings together WHO and... Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. CEPI, on the another hand, is simply a public-private-philanthropic partnership that, among another things, has created... Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and planet economical Forum – known from Davos. I leave this subject without comment – let Poles measure this mechanics themselves.
Breaking the deal without the lawyer General's knowledge?
Finally, Minister Niedzielski was to make decisions leading to a break/break-up of the contract with Pfizer without consulting the lawyer General. At the same time, it is hard to believe that this could have happened without the cognition and acceptance of then Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. How could this happen – I don't know. Can individual delight explain this absurdity?
One thing is certain: if Poland is actually facing the hazard of paying PLN 6 billion present and individual should be responsible. The guilty should face a Polish court for exposing the State Treasury to specified a immense financial risk. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Donald Tusk acts as though there is no problem. The question is: why – and whose interests defend this attitude?
