We were all waiting for the first presidential election results. At 21.00 p.m. on the evening of June 1, 2025, a poll appeared, indicating the triumph of the junta candidate on December 13 against 50.3% to 49.7% of the vote on Karol Nawrocki.
The consequence of an exit poll survey of Ipsos studio, commissioned by tv Polsat, TVP and TVN, introduced the election staff of Rafał Trzaskowski to the state of euphoria, and the candidate himself declared himself the winner of the election:
- I'm sorry. We have won, although I think that the phrase "for razor blades" will enter the Polish language of politics. I told you it would be very close, that all vote would number - said Rafał Trzaskowski. The Citizen Platform candidate, supported by PSL, 3rd Road and Left, thanked for the votes cast.
- Big, large thanks," said Trzaskowski. ## We did everything we had to do ## said Trzaskowski.
- I'm sorry. Thank you! They chanted the assembled, a group of women began dancing on stage, and others threw themselves to hug the “winner” of the election.
The scenes of the collective euphoria of the junta on 13 December on the late evening of 1 June, supplemented with recordings from the dwellings of believers in Tuska and Rafał, where champagne was surely broken - should become the canada of the movie entitled "Two-hour President".
At the same time in Karol Nawrocki's quarters, the atmosphere of tension following the announcement of the IPSOS poll unloaded the presidential candidate himself, quoting from memory of the Bible: - I'm sorry. If my people be humbled upon whom my name has been called, and they beg and search my name, and turn distant from their evil ways, I will forgive them, and save the land. said Karol Nawrocki, a candidate supported by the Law and Justice after closing the polling stations. - I'm sorry. We'll win. Tonight we will win! - stated.
And there was a miracle. It has not been 2 hours since the next poll showed the real winner of the presidential election. It became Karol Nawrocki with the final support of 50.89% of voters. Trzaskowski gained 49.11%, which is little than his "lost" counter-candidate from the IPSOS poll at 21.00 p.m. on 1 June 2025.
In historical and victorious moments for Poland and Poles there was no chance – there was the hand of God, although he did not see it, he did not hear it deaf, nor possessed by the boy of a magician. During this historical night - another “miracles on the Vistula” - we heard and saw for ourselves the fall of contempt and pride, which in amok celebrated its “winner” for little than 2 hours...
