ETA will not be required from holders of British and Irish passports and from persons who have the right to live, work or survey in the UK. This besides applies to Poles who have the position of a resident or temporary position of a resident. Nor will the paper be needed for citizens of countries entering the UK from Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
How do I apply for ETA?
ETA applications can be submitted online through the ‘UK ETA App’ application or on the UK Government website. The paper will usually take up to 3 working days, although delays may happen depending on the circumstantial situation.
