Zbigniew Derdziuk is besides associated with the war which the Tuska State has waged against entrepreneurs. Forward, for many years it allowed to usage the anticipation to avoid paying ZUS contributions in full by doing alleged overlay work (sometimes contributions were paid from the amount of PLN 28 per month!) to yet attack. PAbout 8 years of the regulation of the United Right came old. In the Social safety Office, this means a change of president. The place of Prof. Gertrude Uścińska was taken by Zbigniew Derdziuk.
And again, entrepreneurs have a problem.
Already during erstwhile governments, Tusk's teams were trying to charge the contribution of a individual who did, but in fact, the activity as an entrepreneur never started.
A large proportion of persons who are the sole shareholders of a capital company (99.999% is simply a limited liability company) are insured on the same rights as entrepreneurs.
Educated by erstwhile experience, Derdziuk knows that the decision of the Social Insurance Institution to find the backlog for contributions in the absence of a facsiastic business activity must be borne by an agent.

Health insurance is subject to a decision which the entrepreneur has not appealed to.
